Was good before Dawn retired. Avoid these people at all cost, they quoted me one price one moment, which was the same as last year and after providing my details, they sent a bill for something completely different. Asked why, they put me through to the manager who wanted more again, double what I paid last year.

New staff very hard to communicate with and appears inexperienced

Dodgy and lies in their Google response may I add.
Contrary to their response, I was not undercharged last year, I've been paying the same amount for the past ten years.
What's worst is you renege on the quote yours staff provided for the current year, just the day before. The price quoted was for both returns, not one. Stop your lies, I have the quote in writing. You've changed your price for the same thing three times in the space of a week.

The issue (apart from being unprofessional which I was willing to overlook as my records were here ans reluctant to go elsewhere) is their staff quoted me one price (knowing my circumstances-I've been there ten years and nothing has changed) and after I got all the information for them for the year and wasted my time, I was charged another amount. When I called back again, they want more money AGAIN. I have all this in writing. For these people, it is just money, money money.

If they had been upfront and said prices have increased at the outset, I would not be so angry and would have paid it to save time. It is the lies and continuous going back against their own quotes which is why you cannot trust these people.

Poor service and an old dilapidated office are things I can overlooked for convenience as my returns are simple but this is taxation, you cannot behave like a shifty used car sales operation. Look at the other reviews of their customers, don't take my word for it.these people have history

Didn't call me after appointment was set for this morning.
Guys said his late that is after I called to 45min later to find out what's going on.

Be careful there’s a really slow and lazy rude woman called Wendy overthere that takes your paperwork and then becomes unavailable for months, doesn’t answer calls, always not in when you call BS! I got all my tax done in 4 days from someone else now she’s trying to send me $3,000 invoice, she’s got the wrong person I’ve already got ombudsman onto it and lawyers, what a joke they can’t even use Quick books ancient, slow and negligence that’s what you’ll get from these jokers

I’ve done my tax return at itp Liverpool. The money amount she told me I will be receiving $2311 within 2 weeks. And I agree. So I left the office and I forgot to give my bank account details as they didn’t even asked for it. Anyway I’ve called them up the second day she says emails your bank account details. And I did. Even I sent my account details on emails and her personal number. And waited 2 weeks and I haven’t got my paid. After the 15 days I called her and she says oh sorry can you emails your account details. And I was like oh no. But again I sent to her.and the next day I’ve got paid less money. And she told me she gonna deduct $120 for the fee and I agree. So I’ve received only in my account $1.966.77.

And again i called her why I’ve got less money. She says ATO changes your amount. Lol. Again i have to be agree whatever she says lol really?

And she told me I was only missing out $58 and they gonna send it back to my account within 3 days. And still haven’t got the money. And when I call her she doesn’t answer me. Why can’t you be just honest with people. Do the right things if you like working as a tax agent. Hope it wouldn’t happen again to anyone whoever goes here.

Dirty office, aircon not working, thoroughly unprofessional.
And now I find they missed a simple interest payment from my bank, so the ATO are crawling all over me.
