My business email stopped receiving mail outgoing and incoming. I was extremely frustrated. I looked to YouTube University and came across IT Genius. The Problem got fixed and I canceled my Wix domain and purchased my domain with IT genius. They are a few bucks more, but who cares, great customer service, and they got the job done.

Just poor customer service for months now. We have been asking for simple tasks like archiving and saving data and emails and they can’t even do the simplest tasks. They keep emailing and calling instead of getting the job done. This company is highly overrated and disrespectful to their clients that pay them a lot of money every month. They make promises they have no inclinatinclination in keeping. I have had enough and will seek for alternatives. It can’t get worse they are quick in taking money and don’t deliver. Don’t call me after you see this, just get the job done what we have now been asking for, for many months now!
