A little while ago I spilt an entire coffee on top of my laptop keyboard, my laptop was not backed up! I raced here with the laptop leaking coffee and they successfully and quickly retrieved all my documents. Life savers!

Great job, took my wife's damaged USB stick here to have files recovered. They were able to recover all files in under half and hour and provide me with a back up all for for a great price.

This was after I had been told by another computer store that it couldn't be done and then that it could but would cost $850.

Top job IT Links quick and fair

Sold me a laptop with a non legit version of windows on it, told me it had a new battery, but it only lasted for 10 mins off the charger. Asked for a replacement / fix, but they said i would have to pay $150 for windows, and $250 for the battery. Asked for a refund but they said that they didn't do that for laptops. 10/10 would waste money again.

If you like getting second hand goods that are broken, sold as new for an exorbitant mark up, you've found your place. Feel like a $10 surcharge for returning said doorstop? We'll, they'll give it to you with a free round of abuse on your way out! If that's not your cup of tea, hunterICT is just around the corner, and will be happy to fix any screw ups that itlinks makes for a more reasonable fee.

Purchased my new laptop from them and the staff recovered all my data from my old laptop that was not working. They setup my emails and my security on my new laptop. Great service, excellent staff went out of the way to help me. Can't thank you enough for your service

Great place, they offer cheap but quality refurbished laptops. I got my laptop hard drive recovered here and my laptop checked out. The price was reasonable and it was done fairly quickly considering the amount of files on my hard drive. The IT guy is really nice and explains things in detail, this business is also open when no other IT places are open, great for computer emergencies!

Promptly responded and was able to take a look at my broken laptop right away, and recommended a place to find a reasonably priced replacement.

Very courteous and professional staff, always extend all out help when in need. Charges have always been very reasonable.

IT Links Maitland is an excellent computer and IT advice "one stop shop". They sell computers & accessories at very competitive prices, but it is the IT knowledge, help and problem solving ability that they give to their customers that is outstanding. No job is too big or too small - stand alone computers to setting up networks, connection to the NBN etc, they have the experience and expertise. Highly recommended.

Strange fella. Wouldn't answer the phone and, after many rings, was diverted to his mobile.
Didn't answer like a business, and then refused to answer questions. I asked about repairing a computer and also purchasing a custom-made one. Instead, the guy asked who I was and why so many questions.
He then accused me of not living in Maitland area, but overseas.
All in all a weird individual.
