I’ve used Istyle shutters 4 times now and I know I’ll be using them again next year. I highly recommend them.

We recently had shutters installed by Istyle shutters. Both quality of the product and the service was exceptional. I would especially like to thank Joe who measured and installed our plantation shutters. He is very respectful, honest, knowledgeable and his attention to detail was beyond my expectations. IStyle Shutters are one of the most exceptional companies with whom I’ve dealt. From the measure to the install every single person has been incredible. After having shutters installed by Joe last year I decided to have more installed along with vertical blinds.

Disgusting customer services. Called up to get a quote and a site measure. On the day of the site measure, the receptionist called me to give me 1 hour notice before arrival. I told the receptionist that my wife will be home and she will pick the shutter and the colour. The receptionist said that the company policy was for husband and wife to be home as my wife was unable to select the shutter herself and wanted me to reschedule the site measure for another day when I would be home. I kindly said to the receptionist that I cant be at home during the day as I work and my wife is more than capable to select a roller shutter. The receptionist refused and insisted that the site inspection be cancelled and rebooked in. Disgusting.

Joe's attention to detail and his professionalism was fabulous even with our very uneven 130 year old window frames. Our shutters look amazing! Highly recommended

I finally had all my window shutters, sliding door shutters and bifold shutter door done. Nathan who measured and quoted was very professional. So were the administrative staff, Sonia in particular. I could not ask for a more pleasant and accomodating treatment. Not to forget Joe the installer! Without Joe, all these would be useless. Joe was always on time, worked so fast as a pro installer, communicates with you any problem if ever (floor not straight), he would also rectify them. Leaves the place clean without having to ask. My dream house is so pretty, I am proud to say. Thank you so much.

16 roller blinds were installed last month and I am happy with the product, appearance and quality of service. Rude, unaccommodating, not helpful. Why make the effort to have an add in the Negotiator magazine if you aren't willing to listen and help potential customers? ! I will take my business elsewhere.

We have used iStyle Shutters over the last few years for installing electric roller shutters outside and plantation shutters through out the house and each and every time the office staff and the person sent to measure are a pleasure to talk to and extremely helpful, the installers that installed our shutters (Jack and his brother) were professional and very particular, they cleaned up after them selves and were friendly, I would highly recommend istyle shutters to anyone. Amazing experience! Brian is a great salesman and knows what he he is talking about. Johnny is amazing, there was a little issue with one of our windows being out of square, but they were quick to come back and make amendments to the frame and the issues was 95% solved. I would recommend to anyone wanting shutters!

Would not recommend, the sales process was full of harassment. On the phone the lady demanded that both my husband and I be home at the time of the quote. When Nathan the salesman turned up and I explained my husband is a front line worker and called away, he was rude and aggressive about it not being my place to make a decision. The quote was requested because they advertised an EOFY sale but then all he did was double the price of the quote to then reduce it (the reduced price still being 30% higher than other quotes we got). Nathan made me feel threatened and pressured into needing to sign up at the appointment.
I've purposely waited some time to leave this review as I was concerned for my own safety.

IStyle Shutters installed a fabulous Outdoor Shade Blind on my kitchen window and what a super job they did! Finished off with a great capping - Just perfect!

Very poor customer service!

The sales person came to do the quotation he said they will give us temp blinds for the whole house which never happened until we called a few times and escalated the situation. The blinds are of poor quality and the one person who came to install them didn’t really know where blinds were meant to go. There was even damage made to the property while installing the blinds. After installing the blinds there was a substantial large gap in between one particular set of blinds (in the bedroom) which was never mentioned during the measurements or initial quotation. We would have appreciated recommendations as we don’t install blinds and this was our first time having blinds installed.

A month ago one of the chains snapped so I called then to fix it but it took numerous calls. They kept coming back with excuses like the chain isn’t in stock or there’s no one in the area etc. They finally agreed to come out but said they would charge us $110 as a call out fee. They also said they would just fix the chain as opposed to installing a new chain. This is a joke.

Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Wasted our time, we made it clear during the quoting process that we wanted an itemised quote so we could pick and choose which windows - but the office person now says that's not possible and will only quote a single figure for virtually every window in the house. Plenty of other companies to choose from out there.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spoke with Jill on the phone. She kept pushing to find out when my husband would be home for them to come around. I said I would be home. She said they won’t come around unless the husband is home because “normally the men deal with this stuff” and “you’ll have to check the price with your husband won’t you? ”.
I said “of course, once you provide a quote I will be discussing it with my husband. ”
She said “it doesn’t work that way, we don’t just come around and give quotes. ”
I could not care less how good their product is or how well priced it is, I will never deal with a business with this attitude to women.
This is not a once off. My friend had a similar experience, he tried to organise istyle to come around when his wife would be home as he is a shift worker. He got exactly the same response, they wouldn’t come over unless he was there.
