My mum worked for ISS in the Beverly Hills/Hurstville area. In the beginning she absolutely loved working for this company especially the school she was signed to, but then things starting getting horrible for her. The management are all from Nepal, they were never fair to her always saying how she did a bad job (even though the school she was working for absolutely loved her work and always told managers and supervisors she was doing a fantastic job), they would constantly speak in their own language and make her feel uncomfortable, they always look after their own people from Nepal making sure they don’t have to work hard and treating them like royalty however for anyone else who isn’t from Nepal it was quite the opposite. I’m not asking for any apologies or sympathy nor am I trying to bag out Nepal but I am going to ask for higher management to really put their foot down with these people as this is unacceptable and unprofessional, people shouldn’t have to be treated like animals. Rakesh and sager should be spoken to. Thank you
