Always so happy and feel so great after Isabelle’s classes. She really takes the time to give personal attention and goed into depth about how her practice can help improve our physical and mental health. Would absolutely recommend!

Isabelle is a great teacher with nice scientific background stories about your brain and breath. She was my favorite yoga teacher in Amsterdam and I am very happy we can still be in touch online now she moved to Australia. Bonus points for her humor and voice!

I found her classes memorable for the yoga movements that expanded with natural rhythm and grace, her genuine personal communication, and a quiet spiritual component that lingered long after the session was over.

I love Isabelle's yoga classes! She is a wonderful teacher who you feel safe with - you know she will guide you with thought and care and you can ask questions whenever you might be unsure. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and the mind and how yoga can help strengthen both - working holistically. She will work this into the practice so you are not only doing the movements but know the reasons why! I would highly recommend Isabelle's classes to everyone - beginners to advanced - I have no doubt you will love her and her classes as much as I do!

I always really enjoy Isabelle's yoga classes. She really knows her stuff and is always open to questions or comments. At the same time she is really sweet and makes the yoga a lot of fun - keeping it casual. She always gives options for what your body is feeling like, and is aways in tune with what the group wants/needs. The classes have really improved my flexibility and strength. Definitely recommend!

I never thought I'd get into yoga - I had tried and failed before taking Isabelle's classes. I gave her online classes a go during lockdown and completely changed my mind. As a beginner, I found her approach very welcoming and easy to follow. She explains some concepts I have found difficult to follow in the past using really great analogies (considering English is her second language, her mastery of metaphor is all the more impressive). Isabelle gives options throughout the class so that advanced pupils have the chance to explore more difficult poses as well, but there's never any pressure. She always remind students to just do what feels right and her brilliant explanations help you to understand what it should feel like and when to stop. Would highly recommend to students at all levels.

Such an amazing yoga experience. I love Isabelle’s classes! They are just the perfect balance of all the positive things I’m looking for in a yoga class, and her teaching is truly exceptional. With Isabelle’s guidance i was able to take my understanding of yoga a step further - things seem to click into place in a way they haven’t done before in years of doing yoga. I’ve attended several of Isabelle’s classes - they’re intelligent, dynamic and varied. Isabelle has a lovely, thoughtful approach to teaching and her set up means she’s able to look after you individually if needed. I really enjoyed Isabelle’s classes!
