At this rental crisis, we are very grateful to get help from Rahul. I want to say about money, if you got lucky you might get something under the value. But still market decides the value. Single owner or angency can't do much about it, renters are not fools as informations are quite open everywhere. If you were the owner at this stage, what would you do?
