Awesome experience. My daughter had a accident with her phone and I thought it was unrepairable. It came out looking just like new and works event better. Reasonably priced also.

I shopped around Mac Centre and decided to use iPhix to fix the cracked screen of my iphone - great price, speedy and fantastic workmanship! Highly recommended!

These guys are good, they are very knowledgeable and do as they promised. The fixed my Samsung Tab 9 screen and the finished quality is excellent!

I had to get my laptop keyboard replaced due to water damage and they had lost a screw for the laptop backing; what the person failed to tell me at the time was that several months later, the base of my laptop will warp due to the missing screw and there is now a gaping hole where the base is meant to align with the body of the laptop. I brought my laptop in for one problem and left with another time-bomb of a problem. I will now have to fix this new problem myself as repair shops are charging exorbitant prices for a single screw. Not particularly happy that I paid to get a repair done and ended up with another problem that wasn't there before I brought my laptop in.

Professional, honest, good complaint handling resolution. If you have any problems the staff are happy to assist and fix any of your problems.

Just be aware that they charge a $50 "diagnosis fee" and then claim that the problem could be fixed by their method, which of course costs double the value of the handset! The trick is they don't clarify this and vaguely tell you that if they can't fix it there would be no charge at all!
this is an insult to customer's common sense!

I'm assuming that North Ryde which came up when I searched IPhix is actually Macquarie Shopping Centre. Anyway, I took my Samsung Galaxy mobile phone into this repair centre in June last year to get a new finger print replacement switch. This is the on/off switch. The phone didn't work after the repair as I had to reboot the phone to turn it on. The guy at the repair centre said it was my fault. I complained to Fair Trading and I was given a refund by Ivan Xu who is the manager and Fair Trading advised me that Ivan Xu requested I never go back to his shop. I would advise anyone wanting a mobile phone repair to go elsewhere to get it.

Daylight robbery. Worst service centre for checking the fault, Charing 50 dollars not recommended.girl with glasses telling that I should know the price? How the customer will know price? She didn’t explained anything before getting my iPhone. Moreover she giving a worst doctor and patient example.after that I went to another store which located level 1 that guy explained everything before getting my phone.and also he fixed cheaper than what that girl with glasses said.there is no zero star otherwise I did that
