Excellent service at Macquarie Centre and the lady didn't even charge for it.
My Samsung phone went dead and even the Samsung service person said 'it's going to cost me more than the cost of the phone' to fix it. We were thinking of buying a new phone and came across this iPhix kiosk and thought why not try it here. The lady at the counter, somehow reset it and restated and it worked like a magic!
It saved lot of hassle of spending for a new phone, setting it up and, most importantly, losing all the data on it.
I will highly recommend it.

Had my iPad fixed with them. Quoted reasonably and sorted the issue within the quoted price. Yes, they aren't prompt in communicating. That's because they are super busy. I followed up twice and they promptly recognised me and gave an updated ETA.

Super Star! Very professional with amazing services. I have a Macbook from the previous company but because I forgot the Macbook password and in order to reset password the only solution is to contact the previous company IT to get Recovery ID, but this store helped wipe out the Macbook entirely to the original factory setting in 1.5 hours with very reasonable price. Thank You!

Ben transformed my iPad Pro 9.7 that was constantly shutting down prematurely by expertly fitting the correct battery (The second replacement battery. The previous one was incorrect.) he fitted.
All done in less than an hour while Maria & I had some dumplings in a restaurant nearby.
So pleased & happy with the work done!

This is the first time I came to the shop as my laptop screen suddenly stopped working after 4 years of use. They gave very good advise based on the needs of mine and recover my data. They were also willing to answer my enquiries and help me to choose a new faster laptop online. Finally, I went to JBHIFI to get the one he recommended which is working very well for me and much faster than my old one.

I have paid repair phone service and did no physical damage to crack the screen of the phone. The cause of the crack is due to repairs fault by not cleaning the edge of the screen properly with residual still hidden inside and underneath of the phone surface.
Due to the fact that the phone is a touch screen phone, so everytime I press the phone it creates a force that cracks the screen my finger touch. Other phone repair looked at the phone screen and identify the issue and the company deny their responsibility and claiming that there is no warrenty for screen replacement and their normal practice is under whatever circumstances that if their fixed phone has any crack after leaving the store, they will not repair the phone screen.

They fixed my old Apple iPhone Ten Max Xs screen it was a fantastic service within half and hour and at a great price. Also the staff were very helpful and friendly also reliable and the warranty they give is awesome and promising. Good on you!

Visited here for a phone repair. Phone was water damaged. I was expecting and dreading a massive bill. The young man who repaired the phone was an utmost professional and the bill was very reasonable. Despite the shop being busy with customers, probably owing to popularity, I did not wait more than a day for the repair turnaround.
I highly recommend these guys.

Highly recommend here as staff is super friendly and they actually fixed your phone/pads! For my case was like I came here before the lockdown but still not fully satisfied with my phone but couldn’t come during the lockdown period (as when my warranty finished) came here after the lockdown just trying my luck to see whether they’ll help or not. Without hesitation they just helped me out without asking anything here.

My old Samsung A5 phone had a problem. One repairer in Eastwood said I needed a new screen at $150 but I should buy a new phone. The guys at IPhix took less than 5 minutes to fix it and said I had mistakenly caused the problem. They refused payment. They had a great attitude and were very friendly. I highly recommend them.

I went there for my samsung s10plus charging port issues. I haven't used my phone since 9months. The staff were very professional. They changed my port and tried to activate my dead battery instead of insisting to change to new. The price was also super cheap. I went there from merrylands. Travel was worth.

Took my phone in for what I thought would be an expensive repair only to find out it was a simple fix which they did not even charge me for. Honesty goes a long way, and iPhix is an honest company. I'll go there again anytime

Depends on which staff serve you, some of them are really nice and some of them don’t even finish listening to your problem and make the conclusion already.

The one on the left is fix by them and the one on the right is fix by Apple. The reason for coming to you guy is it is nearer.

Issues: changed the battery one month ago and got six months warranty- keep draining across the night

- the one who served me is with good altitude and happy to check it for me but I am busy for the month and I bring it yesterday, this time is another staff serving me and he didn’t even check and say it is know because there is only 2%drop across 40min already asking him to check the battery usage and he said he did but I am pretty sure he doesn’t since I leave the phone there with screen on time 3min and it is still 3min when I get it back.

Reasonable pricing to replacevmy partner's cracked back glass of her iPhone xs max. The person who did the replacement left a minor gap between the glass and the phone frame and when we pointed that out to the manager, he promptly fixed it. He also gave and applied a glass screen protector for free.

Efficient service, amazing prices and results! Trust this shop for great results. Have been here a few times for cracked screens and a water damaged laptop. Today he fixed iPhone 6S which had lots of large cracks for only $99, and even included a screen protecter. Everything looks and works good as new
