The reception is the let down.
Doctors an physio have been not to bad at all. With understanding and some form of compassion toward the client in most cases.

Asked for a DR to clarify some outlining issues in my work case only to be told by the receptionist that they know the answer. And then put her work colleague… another receptionist on the phone. (Which is not the clarification that was wanted, needed or asked for.) Ask it to be forwarded to a Dr to which I was told it would be but with no follow up or review over two an a half days which makes me question if they even put it in for review as they were short with their answers an their tone of voice. I was not the only one who was spoken down too. Wether it be phone calls or first time people asking simple questions a being spoken down too like they should know the answer.

Appt day arrives confirmed via text message that we will be in attendance an 40mims after arrival was told that because I should've known to make myself available at the counter because they over lap and are that busy an couldn’t get near it, that it was my fault an would have to reschedule an that next time to present or let it be known the client is onsight. To which makes the text message completely irrelevant if this is the case.
Again spoken down too by a different receptionist knowing too well that the clients are already injuring enough pain an discomfort without having to be blamed or looked down upon from your desk. These three receptionist need to reevaluate yourselves. No names will be mentioned but disgraceful service. Someone with knowledge of the business need to speak or train an even disciplined for the quality of their work and their actions. Horrible feeling whilst trying to deal with an injury life’s problems and a terrible frontal service

Attended IOH for an employment related Hearing test. They couldn't have made it easier. Easy parking, attentive & efficient administrative staff, comfortable waiting area, prompt service and hassle free billing. I was in & out in no time. Thanks for the great service.

I'm happy with the experience I had in IOH. I did physiotherapy in IOH because I have had a serious back injury and they really helped me to speed up my recovery, the customer service and staff were very nice and welcoming, the therapist (Tristan Devitt) knows exactly what he is doing by giving me a lot of useful tips and trainings, the environment is also very peaceful and clean.

I booked in to see one of the physiotherapists (Rosie) at IOH because I've been experiencing some quad and calf tightness recently, and could not be happier with the service. Rosie was professional, explained everything she was doing, and took measures before and after treatment so I could see the differences the treatment made. The dry needling did just the trick to free me up before my sport this weekend! I'll definitely be coming back to IOH.

I saw other physio and podio before come to Ioh for plantar fasciitis and get the shock wave therapy. I have had Tristan to look after my condition and so happy with the result and his treatment. Greatly recommend him.

I have recently had a series of treatments with Rosie for musculoskeletal issues of the left knee. After each treatment there was much relief and increased mobility. I have also had treatment for lymphodema by Rosie in the past. Rosie is very professional and informative as to the treatment she administers. I can thoroughly recommend her for such treatments and will continue to use her in the future.

I was recommended to see a physiotherapist after I was suffering weakness and pain in my thigh and hip resulting from a previous fall. After 4 sessions with Rosie and following a program of strengthening exercises I was able to get back to my old self! I am 89 and Rosie made me feel at ease and explained everything to me instead of putting it down to old age as some health professionals can do. My husband Arthur has also recently seen Rosie after he tore his shoulder pruning the lemon tree! He also had 4 sessions and at 92 he is back out in the yard gardening again.
