I have loved every moment I have spent in the studio and online. It’s an incredible space with amazing instructors. Nicole and Rod have so much knowledge and you see it in every class. The 200hr Yoga Teacher Training was of extremely high quality and I left feeling confident to teach knowing I had the best foundation possible. I would highly recommend the Teacher Training In Yoga offers to any aspiring teachers or anyone that wants to get deeper in their own practice. It has certainly changed the way I practice yoga.

The location is well situated to transport, the class schedule is varied to fit into my life, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, plus the space is beautifully laid out and nice to spend time in!

A really beautiful studio. So many different class options so you can find something that suits you. I feel very serene and calm as soon as I enter this studio. The staff are also lovely. They cater to your level of comfort and skill. I’ve seen people mention that they are pregnant and the staff seemed to accommodate well for this. If you are looking for a nice yoga studio in the area this is a great one.

Beautiful facilities, great location and the instructor was amazing. I usually like yoga but always feel a little out of my depth but he really made me feel comfortable to go at my own pace while still providing options for the more advanced people.
