I have visited Invision Eyecare purely by coincidence as I was having some issues with my near-sightedness. I made a booking through their website and arrived for my exam. The clinic is in a beautiful building that is an old warehouse turned into a cool offices and working spaces.

The owner - Warren is an extremely kind and professional gentleman. He first introduced me the process for the examination and took me through different tests one by one. Finally, we have made a decision to go with my first ever reading glasses. He also helped me with selecting a very stylish spectacles which I truly love to wear.

Warren runs a very bespoke boutique practice which feels very intimate and personalized at the same time very professional.

My son ordered new prescription eyeglasses at Warren Truc's optometrist's office more than a week ago. During this period my son had to wear his prescription sunglasses at home and to school and he has complained about not being able to see clearly with the dark glasses and that he cannot follow the school curriculum wearing sunglasses.
At the time of my son handing over his original prescription glasses for a change of the lenses Mr Truc stated that it would be few days at most for the new glasses to arrive which was not correct.
My son has suffered a substantial disadvantage at school and is losing confidence in his Year 11 work at school, a critical time in his education.
Why does a lens replacement take over a week and why is my son advised to wear sunglasses during that period. The professional conduct and advice my Mr Truc is unacceptable and unethical.

Highly recommend, really patient and responsible.it's so hard to find a good eye doctor like this. Dr Warren is always answers my email and message when I have questions. Professional but not commercial.

Highly recommended. Excellent service and care from an amazing optometrist. My daughter has recently had new ortho k lens fitted by Warren. She is so pleased with her lens as her eyesight has improved dramatically and she no longer experiences any discomfort (her previous pair of ortho k lens were fitted by another optometrist). Warren always explains everything in detail, is extremely patient and is always available to answer any questions or concerns. My daughter and I would give him a 6 star rating if we could. We only wish we had found him sooner!

Amazing care and service. I have been seeing Warren for a couple of years now for my ortho-k lenses and he has been able to get me a perfect fit that other optometrists were unable to. Recently I damaged both my lenses on a holiday in NZ and Warren was awesome - he arranged a super rapid (literally!) urgent replacement lenses and also recommended/wrote a letter for a local optometrist to dispense some soft lenses to tide me through - in between a busy schedule. I would highly recommend Invision Eyecare to everyone.

Very thorough and well established service that has been excellent at caring for my eyes. Invision Eyecare has good customer service and genuine people interaction. There is a good specialty of individualised customer care which is highly fortunate and welcome. The staff are very educated and well-knowledged in their faculty of work. As a patient and fellow healthcare worker, I highly recommend Invision Eyecare for Ortho-K (Orthokeratology) and all optometry services as they are reliable, affordable, and genuinely care about the people they see. Have been going to Warren for some years. Dropped my glasses recently and called Warren who asked me to send photo. Reply was that he could get a part and repair them. Warren is that sort of person, he will do everything possible to help his customer. Repair was successful! Great service.
