Invincible HQ

This place has really helped me get back into my fitness journey after a long hiatus and some injuries. You can really feel the atmosphere of comradery as everyone is genuinely there to support each other in their goals regardless of their skill levels. Whether you want to learn something new or really get advanced with something, they got it covered.

They also offer some pretty cool classes including tricking and calisthenics which aren't the most common classes to find. The instructors also really know what they are talking about when it comes to mobility, body mechanics and the craft they teach as well.

Great place for Martial Arts Training for the young and old, a few family friends alteady been here as well as my kid. Very good for some self motivation as keeping fit here keeps the little ones positively distracted

Invincible HQ is more than a fitness facility. It’s a place that inspired and motivated me which resulted in my self confidence building and helped increased my self esteem. All the coaches and participates were supportive, patience and encouraging while you learn. Everyone at Invincible HQ becomes your biggest supporter and becomes your family. I highly recommend everyone to Invincible HQ if they are wanting to learn something different; keep fit; and be in a fun, supportive and motivated environment.

My son goes to HQ and really enjoys it. I think he doesn't realise how much he learns while having fun. Parent participation also makes it better too. And as the parent, having a lot of class times available makes it easy to fit around other activities.

I can't say enough good things about Invincible HQ! My son has been attending classes here, and the experience has been outstanding. The instructors are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential. The positive atmosphere and sense of community within the academy are truly commendable. My son's confidence, discipline, and martial arts skills have improved significantly since joining Invincible HQ. I couldn't be happier with his progress and the support he receives from this exceptional centre.

My boys started with invincible HQ 11months ago and i honestly noticed the biggest difference with both boys within the first 3 sessions (6) and (8) mentally, physically there attitude, confidence and there discipline.

My son came there who was messy with his self control and couldn't Chanel his behaviour very well he leaned so much from them and there Lovley team it was so nice to be apart of the family so sad to leave as we moved to the other side of Sydney
