We have had our superannuation invested with AMP through Invest Blue for many years. While the fees were significant, I justified this by the quality of service provided and by receiving acceptable investment returns. All this changed in the last financial year; our request to move to a non-AMP investment product was processed at glacial speed. I then uncovered the presence of additional charges with the recommended new investment for which I requested an explanation.which I never received. We have moved to another superannuation advice provider.
