This company is very professional yet understanding and accommodating. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Would not recommend this place to anyone! From the start I knew I was doomed an the mediator was biased an favoured the other party. On last phone call to deny mediation the mediator was recording (typing) the phone call an even try to make out I was “watching” conversations between him and the other party, trying to twist my words. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME unless you’re a shire girl trying to play the victim. Manipulative, biased and untrustworthy!

Pretends to help but they don't! AVOID em. High staff turn around and no consistency in approach. Cant do zero so giving one star.

How much I thank for the support and help from Penny also stuff members from Interrelate. They are very professional and each counselling was so meaningful.

Interrelate shouldnt be allowed to act as mediators. What they do is far from mediation. They try to bully you by giving you false information. This place is poison to families

What happened to replying to my 2 emails I sent head office when I smelled something off with your organisation? I sent my email from 2 different accounts just incase. I know you received them because at my next (And last session) with interrelate you had anther person sitting in for “ Training purposes ”
I prefer to tell my story out in the public if you have no objections to this. What do you say?

One of the worst experiences of mediation. Not helpful. Tried to bully me into decisions that did not help the kids. Felt this was a complete waste of time. Do not use this centre.

The fake account is doing negative reviews and it is not me. I have had numerous calls from services i have used regarding the negative feedback however please be aware that this review is not me and i am unable to delete it as it is not my account. It has been reported but in the meantime please disregard any review from joelene. I have changed my passwords, photo, and name to avoid being assosiated with a similar looking account.

I can confirm this place is female bias. I went there to book in for mediation. My first meeting I was told straight out by my mediator. "We will convince your husband he has no rights to your child. Then force him to sign an agreement in your favour. He'll think he’s getting the best agreement in he’s eyes. You won’t need to go to court, where he'll end up getting a better outcome". I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Once I informed then I'm a lesbian and my partner is a women. I was then told. Sorry I don’t know what we can do for you.
I thought mediators put the children first. Clearly not this place

Stop wiping the bad reviews and keeping the good reviews just goes to show what a place this is

This place only cares about getting mothers most time with their children no matter the situation. It's not a place a dad would want to use. Sarah pretends she is a childs psychologist but has zero degrees in this filed but is happy to write a report to favour mothers
