10 star service deserve 10 star review.

A very poor experience. We bought 2 expensive rugs. The one made of jute has been shedding for years - jute strands everywhere all the time even within hours of vacuuming it. We were told that it would "settle down". 2.5 years later we are still waiting.

When we raised our concerns we were met with rudeness and treated in an off hand manner. The fellow there even refused to attend to inspect the problem. Happy to take the order, happy to take the money, NOT so happy to provide after-sales service. Very poor experience

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE SUBSTANDARD QUALITY
I would give ZERO star if I can. Owner David was aggressively rude when I, a customer, called to discuss the work while the carpet is being installed. Poor communication which David literally blamed on his customers (we went through our interior designer), despite me, as a busy professional, having had to chase Priscilla many times to confirm date of carpet instalment. Poor quality of work, as they scratched and chipped our freshly painted skirting boards throughout the house. The entire experience was immensely unpleasant with dissatisfied result. NEVER USE them if you have better things to do in life.

Thanks again David snd team. Yet again you provided a terrific experience. Managing our seagrass carpet install from planning stage. Would never deal with others. Look forward to the next project. Cheers.

Sharon’s attitude & attention to detail is a true asset to this business,
But for the love of God, someone buy the warehouse staff a sharp blade, the edge looks like it was made by a rusty tuna can lid, unable to be hidden it has had a detrimental effect on what is otherwise a great product.

Great customer service and we love our custom made rug and sisal carpet.
