Our queen wall bed with desk is of the highest standard. It has transformed our 2nd bedroom into a home office (primarily) come guest room (when required).
It takes 10 seconds, total, to open up. The fabulous mechanics means you just lower it, and whatever might be on the desk is safely held underneath.
The cabinetry design was lead by Kahlia, who was able to patiently incorporate all out wants in a stylish, practical series of amendments.
The workmanship from the whole team was professional, the finishes spot on, and whatever problem arose, they addressed it.
We love our 2nd bedroom, get full value out of it. And so do our friends who stay over, can't believe their eyes.

The design team and installation team are knowledgeable and detailed. The lead times for what is a small job were understandable and each step was clear and well executed. Wish I had more work to offer them right now!

We had three pieces of furniture designed and installed by Interfar this year: a desk, a bar unit and a large wall unit. We couldn't be happier with the end result! Harlene was wonderful to work with. She took keen note of what our 'musts' and 'wants' were, and was patient as we made changes in the early stages when we were still trying to figure our own minds out. Using her design experience, Harlene came up with creative solutions and was very communicative throughout the design process. We would definitely use Interfar again in the future!

We are repeat customers. Interfar first installed cabinets for us in our home unit, 13 years ago. We sold that unit early this year. The cabinets Interfar installed were still stylish and in fabulous condition when we sold, so we asked Interfar to install a range of cabinets in our new place. I knew roughly what I wanted from an entertainment and buffet unit, but I required experienced and expert input to design and deliver both what I wanted and needed to make the project work functionally as well as to look good. I had a lot of electrical equipment to be contained in the entertainment unit and those pieces required careful consideration in the design phase, focusing on cable management and heat dissipation from the equipment.

Ross, together with the design, production and installation teams went out of their way to understand those requirements and deliver those in the product.

The installation team’s level of professionalism and attention to detail installing the units were the final Interfar touches that ensured my complete satisfaction in both what I had purchased from the company and in my relationship with it. A few minor details required further attention post installation and the production team had those matters attended to promptly, without fuss or delay.

I have used Interfar before and been most happy with the product purchased. That said, Interfar has continued to modernise its design concepts and demonstrated in this project that its focus to try harder to achieve and maintain excellence in product and total client satisfaction remains its number one priority.

Integral to my observations and remarks, I believe the answers to the following 5 questions are of equal importance.

Quality of Product? Excellent.
Expensive Product? Yes.
Value for Money? Yes.
Would I use them again? Yes.
Would I recommend them to a friend? Yes.

Interfar have given us outstanding quality and service over many years with creative custom built furniture supported by excellent service. Ross never fails to amaze us with his innovative solutions and his 'can-do' approach to every situation. We have no hesitation in recommending Ross and his team.

I had quite a lot of work done by Interfar when I first bought my apartment in Nov 2011, including customised wall bed, study, foyer entry / shoe cupboard, wardrobe shelving. It was all done very well.

In Dec 2017, there arose a couple of issues: due to building movement, the wall bed would not pull down, cupboard doors scraping on light fittings and desk panels misaligning. This led me to call Interfar.

There was an initial hint of surprise / stress given time of year but pleasantly, I can report that Interfar organised for these issues to be fixed. This was the best part - the organisation was exceptional. I was called by their own team (not a contracted company, comprising of their own installers) who organised a time, was flexible (allowing me enough time to get home from the city), turned up on time as promised. The issues were all relatively easily fixed and the team cleaned up after themselves. The corrections were all done under warranty - but more importantly, all done with very little hassle. I think the difference here is Interfar's own installation team who take pride in their work and professionalism.

On my experience, I would not hesitate to use Interfar again for my next apartment, granted their design and installation are not cheap.

These guys can make kids bedrooms, but what ever you do don't ask them to make a home office. Also the staff and owners are very difficult to deal with.

Wonderful to deal with and very happy with custom furniture designed and made for us. So much so we have now had a number of items made of the years for both my home and business. Thanks Interfar!
