9BEWARE OF SURVEYS from Interactive Pty Ltd (UTEST) such a DODGY company, called for a 90 mins one to one survey and I have agreed for 90 mins but these cheaters don’t even inform the people about the extension of survey no matter how important personal work you have and made us to do double the time of work. Such a cheap unprofessional survey company which I ever experienced.
An excellent data centre & maintenance services provider - security and reliability here is as good as any but the staff are, in my experience, more helpful
Don't waste your time here. They wanted to charge me $99 to give me a repair quote / assessment. Apple at Chatswood Chase has no out of pocket expenses. Makes no sense to go here for repairs when Apple has much friendly customer service and is free.
Unfortunately I was mislead, I called regarding a quote for replacing a battery for an iPhone 6S. I was quoted $49 drove 40 minutes to be told when I arrived it would be $69. Lack of communication from their side shouldn’t cost customers.
Very poor customer service and racist managerial structure; beware, I wouldn't trust them and their services.
I've been looking for a home for our critical systems, so our servers now live at interactive. Take a tour, I did, these guys are fantastic.
Have been using Interactive to host all of our Cloud infrastructure for several years now specifically dealing with Brad and Ivan in the St Leonards office. We have had nothing but good customer service and 24/7 uptime with our infrastructure. The service desk is run on strict KPI's and SLA's that follow an ITIL framework which adds to the excellent service that we receive. Would highly recommend this company for Cloud infrastructure.
BEWARE! Even though they are apple authorised service providers they will charge you an assessment fee that also applies if your laptop is still under warranty. They supplied me with an overpriced quote and even though charging me for assessment they only provided me with a top-line report that did not contain any details about part numbers that need replacing so it wasn't helpful at all.
