Integrity Strata

I have had the pleasure of working with Integrity Strata over the past few months and specifically Claire Clarke, based in the South Coast. The professionalism and speed to action from Claire has been the best in the industry and BEST in CLASS.

Typically when dealing with strata based organisations I cringe, but Claire and Integrity Strata have truly changed my perception and have given me hope that there are still customer obsessed folk out there who truly want the best for their landlords.

Claire and Ana have been very helpful in all our dealings with them. They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Both are also approachable and friendly. A pleasure to deal with.

The current management at Integrity headed up by Claire with her team offer a top class service to our body corporate. They are proactive in dealing with all situations that arise. Their communication on relevant matters to committee and owners is professional and timely with an objective to keep unit owners current on matters relevant to the complex. Maintenance and other issues are rectified promptly.

Excellent service and advice from Nowra Integrity Strata. Friendly to work with and prompt to respond to contact from our Body Corporate. They seem to always be across the relevant Strata issues and are prepared to follow up inquiries about tradespeople, owners and legalities.

I have sent 3 emails almost 2 months ago and am yet to receive any acknowledgement. Pretty poor considering the amount we pay for strata!

We are very happy with Integrity Strata and especially Narell who is so competent and takes care of everything in our small strata complex.

I am and have been the Secretary of a large Strata in the Shoalhaven with 44 Units. We have been with Integrity Strata since its inception. Before this it was all Aussie Strata, in all over 28 years. Never had a problem with Leo, Narell and Tamara who are only too helpful at all times. I have recommended Leo to other Stratas in the district who are also very happy with the services offered. Working together is the key.

Unreliable, unresponsive and incompetent. No transparency over our finances (MAJOR red flag). Never, ever sign with these people!
