Integriti Projects

Integriti projects did an unprofessional bathroom renovation for me. They also treated me poorly when the renovation went wrong.

The toilet did not fit. The pipes were installed at the wrong height, tiles were chipped, a drainage hole was in the wrong place, the sink was installed in the wrong position. There were many other serious defects.

They responded with denials, excuses and demanded via a lawyer to return during the first month of the Covid-19 lockdown in 2020. When I said that was inappropriate they terminated the contract and demanded full payment for their defective work.

This forced me to hire an expert building consultant who found:

“I have formed my Opinion that there are numerous and serious defects in the property arising from poor workmanship by Integriti Projects. ”

Integriti denied the defects and aggressively fought me for over a year. On the morning of the NCAT tribunal hearing (almost two years later) they agreed that the bathroom needed to be ripped out and redone.

You don’t expect a professional company to deny, delay and try everything to avoid responsibility. You don’t expect them to pretend that they care about their client’s “experience”.

Do not risk engaging Integriti Projects to work on your home.
