At ICC you are treated like family, in fact that is their motto. Really professional, very friendly and accomodating. Best place for kids too all my kids come here and they love it! My kids left footy to do BJJ this is how much they love their instructors Mario, AnnMarie and Aaron. Best decision I have ever made joining this academy just wish they had morning BJJ classes for adults that's how good they are, Love it! Aaron, Mario, AnnMarie and David keep up the good work love you guys…. Cheers!

A fantastic non intimidating environment with STAND OUT TRAINERS, who are more than happy to support and encourage you in your own journey of training - I love what ICC does to the strength in my body and mind, to the point that I trust their teachings and discipline my 7 year old daughter, who also loves her training.

I have had an excellent experience at ICC - Canterbury! I wasn't sure I'd enjoy kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu, but the camaraderie and good vibes have really contributed to me enjoying exercise in a group setting!

Started out doing their one week free trial and I got absolutely hooked. You get a great work out, you learn a ton and you have a hell of a lot of fun doing it. The team there are amazing. Not only are they great instructors but theyre just super friendly people and it shows in the community and culture theyve fostered. Really decently priced which is so cool to find for a 10 out of 10 place like this.

Very fun and professional programs. I attend the Brazilian Jujitsu sessions with no prior experience and am able to pick up the skills as I go along. Great environment for keeping in shape.
