Instyle carpets and flooring

I engaged Scott to instal flooring in my granny flat. The job was started, I had some questions regarding the Job. Scott stopped taking my calls. We later agreed via text messaging to cancel the contract and he will refund my deposit paid minus an amount for work already done. I am still waiting for my refund. He is not answering calls. Department of fair trade has been unable to make any contact with this bussiness and will now go for a formal process of recovery. I had another contractor attend an complete the job.
