The expertise and committed service from Alex - magnificent! So much more than anything transactional; he’s a testament to Institchu, and I thoroughly recommend him.

Whether you have ‘well-versed’ suiting under your belt (or are ‘new’ to specialised suiting) - you can entrust the ‘one percenters’ are going to be followed-through by Alex.

There were some minor adjustments to be made during the fitting phase, with the peace of mind that it would be delivered to my once completed added to the convenience of the service. The entire team were always friendly and professional. Can't say how many times they went above and beyond without any hassles to ensure I was happy.

Just wanted to give Clare a big shout out. She went above and beyond with my bridal party suits. Once the suits came in I was super happy with them but Clare went even further and made slight alterations to it to make it perfect. She has great attention to detail and will pick up things you are unaware off. I highly recommend you make an appointment with her for any of your suit needs, I guarantee you will leave smiling.

Binita was brilliant at her job. She helped me to get a great wedding suit for myself and my best man. When the suit was back from being made, I had a test fitting. She did an excellent job at tailoring it further for the final alterations. Very pleased.

Had the best customer service experience with Institchu. Dylan was extremely helpful, the material I wanted was not in stock, I picked a back up fabric just in case and Dylan followed up for me and within 24 hours was able to have the suit I wanted being made. I received it today and it fitted perfectly with absolutely no issues. Not to mention I had all this done in a 4 week period. I now have a perfect tailored suit and tailored shirt at an extremely reasonable price. I could not recommend Dylan and the team at institchu Macquarie enough. Never buying a suit anywhere else ever again.
