Lance and the team at Institchu North Sydney are absolutely exceptional to deal with. When I wandered in to the store at the end of last year, I didn't know exactly what I wanted. I just knew I wanted a high quality tailored suit.

Lance and his team were super welcoming from the moment I stepped foot in the store and helped me decide on exactly what I wanted without being pushy or overly suggestive.

When I initially came to pick up the suit, there was an issue with the sizing due to an input error in their tailoring system. Lance owned this straight away and kicked into problem solving mode to ensure I was able to still get the perfect fitting suit. Things don't always go to plan, so I respected how Lance handled it.

I would recommend Lance and his team to anyone looking for a warm, friendly and professional tailoring experience.

Beautiful experience with Sedina at Institchu North Sydney.

We tailored 4 suits for my wedding and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Sedina has been extremely professional and friendly from the beginning, and has set the bar high. I've tailored suits from 4-5 locations now, and this has not only been the most enjoyable, but the suit has come out as I imagined. No issues, unlike other tailors in the CBD.

Sedina is a one person army at this branch, working closely with us to figure out the best options for the big day. Highly recommend going in for a consult if you need convincing. I would definitely return for future suits.

I am a long term customer of Institchu. I originally had someone attend my office many years ago for a suit and shirt fitting - purchased 2 suits and 4or 5 shirts. Recently I have attended the showroom in North Sydney and have had 4 suits (2 of which were a little unusual), one jacket and 5-6 shirts. Sedina and her staff are amazing. Nothing is to much of a problem for Sedina. If she can help in anyway then she will. Her advice and suggestions on colours, style, fabric, buttons, lining etc are amazing! I would highly recommend her.

Placed an order for a suit and spare pair of trousers on 18 May 2022. Received less than a month later. Sedina was really helpful and guided me through the whole process.

Really happy with the results. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get new business attire but needing a bit of help making choices.
