WORST EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE EVER
My company organised a bus to take 10 people to the races at Randwick on Melbourne Cup day. The driver “Hamid” called me at 730pm the night before to ask me what time and where to pick us up - all of which was on the booking.
He arrived, we put the eskis with food and drinks on the bus and off we went. His driving was terrible and terrifying to say the least. All over the toad, swerving and erratic. He missed our turn off and had to detour for ages. When we finally got to the races he tells us the eskis have to get off the bus and go with us and then laughs at us while he unloads them on the road and quickly drives off.

I call their office and speak with Ali the operations controller who was rude and told me I shouldn’t assume the eski could stay to which I stated - why didn’t he tell us that in Newcastle and not Sydney.

The trip home was no better with freezing air con on high and a request for the radio to be on meant a static station blaring as loud as it could go. All the while the driver texted on his phone.

Absolute worst service. Don’t ever use this company no matter what the price is. They weren’t even cheaper than other, much more reliable companies.

Not a good one like too many others. Gave us a quote and got the money weeks before our trip and then asked for more (just a few days before the trip) because THEY had made a mistake! In quoting which is not true because they had all the details in advance.
They will find you a good reason to ask for more money.
Based on the reviews I read, if they end up coming to do the job, your experience will be worse. THE CHOICE IS YOURS FOLKS

Got our money back due to COVID cancellation which was really good. Hope you guys get through this terrible time for the transport industry. Hope to use you one day!

Was incredibly aggressive towards my girlfriend and then the head office had the nerve to charge us $150 to "clean" the bus because there was some water on the floor.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

*** - in reply to below: That is 100% not the case. The entire bus was asleep for 90% of the journey. All "rubbish" that you claim to be everywhere, totaled a mars bar rapper and an empty water bottle that I personally removed.

There is a option to post photos of the "wine" that was spilled if you wish, which would be physically impossible as no wine was on the coach.

Your company is a disgrace. Any one with any sense wouldn't touch your company with a barge pole.

Terrible experince. Never waste your time to book anything with these guys. We as a group has booked in a bus and they sent us a quote and we accepted and paid for it. Just a couple of weeks to our group travell they are sending us really rude emails saying either pay more or we cancel your bus. This is not about money that we feel bad, it is about the principal of doing a healthy business. So sorry that we have wasted life of 15 people with these guys who do not certainly undrestand anything about being professional. Not happy at all

I booked inspire transport for my aitport drop. Bus brokedown mid way. Response from driver and management was next to nothing. We had to spend 800 plus dollars in booking taxis to get flight in time. No response from inspire transport and no even a reply from them. Our holiday is ruined because of them

I have now send them my taxi receipts and hope to get some reply from them.

Hired them from Canberra to Sydney. Excellent Service from Pick up till Drop off. Bus arrived on time! Driver was Cool!

Quick and easy to make a booking. Service was great. Driver was patient and safe. I will definitely book again with this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Trash company. They never and I mean never answer the phones. The bus driver refused to meet at the pick up point which we paid for. They dropped my oldies who were on the bus for my wedding 500m away from the drop off point which was clearly stated and confirmed on a dirt road whilst it was raining and extremely windy. Had to end up delaying the wedding by over 40m, lost out on photos and had to pay the celebrant more. We had to do multiple shuttles down the dirt road whilst our wedding was supposwd to be already started. We also had to shuttle them back to the bus after the ceremony. Tnhe offer no compensation o the than a 20% off next booking (as if I would go with them again), Im in the process taking them to court, msg me of you want further details on why not to book with this scamming company. I'm happy to direct you other companies. Can't wait to look who ever rocks up in court in the eye and meet them fave to face. Seriously if you value your sanity do not book with these jokers.

Great online booking system and fantastic service. We have used this company in few different occasions and we've had a great experience every time. Professional service, helpful drivers and tidy vehicles every single time. Highly recommended!

Can not be more disgusted with your service! I booked transport for our wedding day weeks prior advising pick up location and time required. At the requested time I had my entire family and bridal party waiting outside in a carpark to have my husband rudely spoken to by the driver as if it was our fault he wasnt there! Driver arrived half an hour late after several follow up calls not even knowing if he was coming! That in itself was the beginning of it.

After finally arriving there was no apology for the delay. We re organized the plan and had our wedding guests take some of the bridal party to the location to avoid further hold ups. The driver had no idea he had to take family back. But did so begrudgingly. At 5.30pm whilst my new husband and I were having our photos done in which we had paid thousands of dollars to photographers to have done and had been started half hour late already. Your driver proceeded to walk up ranting at us that we had to leave! And we were told we had 5 minutes or he was leaving without us.

To have a driver abuse, threaten or disrespect any client like yours did on what was meant to be the happiest day of my life! You ruined what was an important part of our day.

The job booking form clearly stated 2 hours quoted yet we only were offered 1 hour. I emailed 2 days after the above and was completely ignored! AVOID THIS COMPANY

BE CAREFUL - One of my staff members obtained a quote with a 'special' price based on immediate payment, which we proceeded with. We were then contacted 4 days later (which was 6 days before the actual booking date) via email to advise they had mis-quoted by $380, but would only charge us an additional $220. In writing, they offered for us to proceed or to cancel with a refund of our pre-payment. We requested to cancel as we felt we were intentionally being deceived, to which they replied there is no refunds and implied we should be happy that they have offered a discount. We pursued it and were able to get confirmation over the phone that they will honour a refund. We provided our bank details then never heard from them again. We tried to follow up with email and phone calls but they didn't respond. We had to contact our bank to dispute the charge in order to get our money back.

DO NOT USE INSPIRE TRANSPORT: Was incredibly disappointed with their service. Driver never showed up. I tried calling a tremendous amount of times, every attempt resulting in a direct voicemail. After one and a half hours of attempting to contact the owner we finally got an answer to which the owner revealed there was nobody on there way and the next available is another hour an a half away. The new driver (Henry) that the owner of inspire ended up sourcing for us had no affiliation with Inspire and informed me he had never spoken or met with the owner before that day. The day before we were supposed to be picked up by Inspire we tried several times to contact them to confirm whether or not we were actually getting picked up as previously planned and again could not reach the company. We then called Henry to see if he could get in contact with inspire and he could not, inevitably leaving us stranded. Henry ended up picking us up and taking us home. Do not waste your money with Inspire Transport.

First tour in Sydney, our company enjoyed the vacation and the driver is very friendly even though we were late.

Fantastic service! We booked with Inspire Transport at the last minute, for a weekend trip from Sydney to Albury. Our driver was very professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would definitely use again!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.they are by far the most unprofessional business i have ever come across.they do not answer your phone calls and have terrible customer service.they do not confirm your trips until the eleventh hour and they charge all kinds of additional fees that you are never made aware of.the Drivers are also unprofessional and ask you for extra money so you can drink/eat on the bus.this money goes straight in the drivers pocket.i would rather walk then go through this company ever again, complete rip-offs.

Do not book with this Company. You cannot telephone them to help you or explain or organise anything, very dodgy. (no names are given in emails) My young daughter did not realise (immature unfortunately) that when she pushed confirm booking that it actually went through with the booking, she was just trying to get a quote. When she realised she was up for $990 she pushed cancel within 24 hours, as there is no way she could afford that. Yes they gave her a discount on the cancellation fee after threatening debt collecting agency, so we reluctantly paid the $100.00. Their reasoning for us to pay this money is that the driver needs to feed his family and children. I am glad they will not go hungry now. All this by emails and no communications by phone. Be very careful. My daughter also should have read the reviews on this page prior to doing anything. She will learn a very valuable lesson. Yes she may have been in the wrong, business is business they say.be careful.

Great service, great driver (Greg) affordable, had a great trip in to see Vivid could not have asked for more, will use again and recommend to friends.

Disgusted with the driver’s service. Refused to give bond back, later lying to the company that a passenger had vomited. Refused to let us take a photo of the bus’ state, which we’d cleaned before we were getting off. Driver was rude, from before we even got on the bus. He was not accomodating and all in all we were not pleased with his attitude or how the company is now dealing with it.
