Very nice local paint shop to go to. They are popular and always busy but have enough staff there to help us! Nice and friendly staff (for example, find Sam, Ray or Frank…etc) and very professional in all paint product details. Quick response and always helpful! We are strongly recommend to go and find them, keep them busy and no regrets!

I ordered paint online for home delivery because you know Covid lockdown. I needed 2 litres in Dulux white on white. None of the hardware shops would deliver.

I ordered early in the morning and they delivered it on the same day! Honestly I am writing reviews everywhere I can think of because that has to be the best service ever. Perfect order delivered to my door in a box and I am only going to shop with them from now on for paint supplies.

They go out of their way to help you find the best product for the job and make sure you have what you need and know all the tricks for making sure you prepare the surface to get the best finish. Choosing colours is always an ordeal but they went out of the way to help us make well informed choices for our home renovation. Don't bother with the hardware chains. Why go to a hardware store?

I've been shopping there for years and highly recommend the customer service. They know their trade, and I've found their colour-matching remarkably good. I was also recently impressed by a new staffer who couldn't answer my question, but went and asked his boss, thereby learning something himself. It's how all sales staff should behave.

Sure enough, you can buy cheaper paint at Bunnings or Aldi, but you don't get the product knowledge or informed advice. I always try to be friendly and courteous, and they've responded to me in kind.
