I was recommended to use Inspectrite by a friend and I am extremely pleased that they did. Lance provided exceptional service, demonstrating great responsiveness and delivering the inspection report within 24 hours. His thoroughness potentially saved me thousands of dollars by identifying issues that could have been overlooked. I highly recommend both Inspectrite and Lance for their outstanding work.

Inspect rite- Do it right

If you have invested thousands in building or buying your dream house then make sure to choose the competent building inspector. The one who will talk a simple understandable language and report that you understand.

We used the service for our brand new property we built. Our experience was poor and totally dissatisfied, money was wasted.
Do yourself a big favour, download a copy of building checklist from internet and follow the checklist, you will save some money.later on in my research, I came across some really competent and through inspectors in Hunter region. Their fees are slightly higher, but definitely worthwhile, I learnt it hard way!

Pros-
• Cheaper compared to other inspection companies
• Quick availability
• Really good if you are after cheap & quick building inspection for paint and dent issues around the house.

Cons-
• Non competent inspector
• Missed a lot of defects to name few, multiple gaps in brick and gyprock in garage, water damage in garage floor paint, missing door guides on sliding doors, chipped tiles, rainwater drainage and water pooling in side access & backyard, list goes on.

• Difficult to read the building inspections report for average person

• On questioning of missing defects, again technical jargon by inspector by emails, instead reporting the defect in inspection report in first place.
• You will only communicate with only reception staff, never with actual inspector

The team at Inspectrite were able to work in with us so well! The inspector was very thorough and went through all findings with us after the inspection. We received the report very quickly and it was in an easy to understand format with stacks of information! We’ll definitely be using Inspectrite again!

We had just sold our house, and in order for the contract to proceed, urgently required a pool compliance certificate. We had organised one 5 weeks earlier with another service which had failed to been produced regardless of payment. Lou was fantastic! We've just finished reading both reports (real estate Pre-purchase Building and Pest inspections) and were extremely impressed by the thoroughness and attention to detail.
They picked up issues that the report supplied by the real estate agent had missed or incorrectly reported.
The photographs and easy-to-read format (which did not compromise on technical issues) were greatly appreciated.
