Great company to work for, very supportive and understanding. Provided us with full training and a great choice whether you’re in Sydney short or long term. Easy to progress if you have the right attitude.

Insight is a very fun, rewarding and supportive place to work.we are like a family and all look out for each other, i have health issues and the management are always caring and supportive.i am passionate about a lot of causes so really love the fact that i can raise a lot of money for charities.insight gives you many oppurtunities for skill progression and fun competitions to earn extra money, ive spent 15 years of my life here and have had many fun and meaningful experiences here.

I have just started working at Insight as a means to get my foot in the door within the sales industry, I believe that both the amount of opportunities that are given within the workplace and the culture is amazing! Totally recommend!

Started working here just over a month ago as a caller and have thoroughly enjoyed it so far, all of my supervisors are super laid back and friendly and make me feel comfortable in the workplace. Would recommend the role for anyone looking for a job.

I really enjoy the office environment here at Insight. The incentives are great for helping the team work towards goals and there is a lot of support in regards to upskilling!

It's the place that helps many different types of charity s reach there goal's. I don't work at insight anymore. They fired me for unknown reasons. Said I would get holiday pay I did not get one cent.

Worked for Insight CFS 2011-2013. Made some really great friends in the office and 8 yrs later still close mates with most of them. As for working conditions, the commission on top of a base pay is great, but they withhold your commission unless you reach target for the week. Seemed to be some favouritism as well as to what kind of call list you went on. Many times I would top the list in a session to be rewarded with going on a list with previous supporters all of whom were sick and tired of the calls So was better off on the cold call lists anyway. Yet others would go on another previous supporter list and hit sale after sale At end of day it isn't a bad place to work short term but I don't suggest a long career there unless you like living paycheck by paycheck. The bad press the place got on Today Tonight a few yrs ago probably doesn't help in convincing people to support some great charities. Yes it is 60 / 40 with the 40% going to the charity but don't forget the charities approach Insight to call and raise money on their behalf.

Can safely say that this is the worst place I have ever worked. I am not one to normally leave reviews but I am warning anyone who is thinking of working here, do not go there! They will not treat you like a human being. This company treat people like they don’t matter. I’m a successful salesperson who had the miss fortune of working for insight fundraising a few years ago and it was a damaging experience! They are stealing from charities and their own staff! Stay away!

Management tries to be supportive but team culture is non-existent. Depressing atmosphere. Barely any training, you're on the phones the first day and either sink or swim.

Public Service Announcement. I spent 12 months at this "workplace" if you could even call it that, before I decided that I could no longer work at Insight. I was a team leader and the management are terrible! They prey and feed off poor pensioners and the good people of Australia who think they are helping a worthwhile cause. They are a leach and a parasite of an organisation. If you are not reaching targets they will show you the door without any chance of improving your situation. Do not give these pests a cent of your money.

Management at Insight are old fashioned and unfair to employees. This place is an investigation away from getting shut down. I would highly recommend avoiding this place in a work and donation sense.

Worked here years ago, would this be considered a scam? I mean it's not to the level of a tech support scam, not saying that at all, but it does involve calling random people asking for money when they're far better off visiting their local PCYC/RSCPA and making a donation over the counter. Through Insight it's a 60/40 split with the charity getting the 40.

Great, fun, friendly place to work. If you have to work for a charity call centre this would be it! You gain some sales skills while helping out some worthy causes. They're also been very flexible with working hours if you're a student or have other jobs on the side!

Great bunch of people to work with and generally a great workplace with a good atmosphere. On going training and incentives offered, both keeping you boosted and innovated.
The challenges
You can have some really hard days on the phone with rude customers and rejection, but being the job that it is that can of course change in a split second.
