Not a good experience with their architects and admin team.
Very slow and sometimes I felt snails are faster than them.

From the very beginning, everyone was professional, pleasant, capable, knowledgeable, caring, and responsive. Emails, texts, or phone calls were responded to speedily, and in one instance, Bhavna responded to my urgent request immediately, even though she was off from work. The team (Bhavna, PK and Ria) organised everything, including structural engineering, Basix, hydraulic report, and Private certifier, so we had a one-stop-shop for all our needs. The plans produced were brilliant, and it seems no stone was left unturned.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Innovative Eco designs.

I highly recommended Eco designs Architects for anyone looking to custom design the house, Bhavna's design is unique and design to your need. Also her recommendation in every aspect of the house created a huge difference and it meets the cultural touch as well.

Seriously I don't trust these 5 star ratings for this business.
I figured all these are fake reviews from personal accounts.please scroll through. I hate to leave negative reviews, but will have to do one for this business. "Time is of essence" means nothing to her as it took 1 year to finish my project with too many dramas.
She talks a lot to get your business but once you are trapped you will realise and it's too late. She has made countless errors during the process and on the submissions to our council that have cost us time and money. It took 1 year to get through and I have to spend money to get external help to get sorted. She charges thousands of dollars for a simple design and I found that she just copied it from her library. If you request a small change it is for sure that you are never going to finish your rest of the project for weeks.
No final drawing without watermark was received; elevation and site plan was received with many simple mistakes which were then corrected by council, just one plan even that was not done according to the regulations plus a few months wasted.
WORST SERVICE EVER. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

I have worked with this company for over 15 years and have found the proprietor Bhavna to be clever and 'innovative' (pardon the pun) in her building design and most effective in her organising of the peripheral designs from other engineers and designers which are required as part of a development application. IE Design has always been timely in producng their own designs but their service really shines when it comes to arranging a package deal for gaining development approval for your proposal, whether it be a single dwelling, duplex style dwelling or a multi unit villa development. I highly recommend their service.

Bhavna is an excellent architect that made the process of designing our custom home very seamless. Very easy to work and genuinely works to create a home design that is both realistic and catered to our requirements. We highly recommend IEDesigns for that reason.

Bhavna has been great to work with, from the initial concept phase (when we really had only a brief idea and outline to give her on what we thought we might want) right through to the FINAL set of plans. Bhavna has been easy to liaise with, patient, forthcoming with ideas and advice, and accepting of changes and alterations we wanted. We had no problems that could not be solved and they included innovative ideas. They worked over the holidays so that we could get our build started. So we thoroughly recommend INNOVATIVE ECO DESIGNS.

We used Innovative Eco Designs (Bhavna Sharma) for the design and approval process of our new home. This was the first time we were going through the process and hand numerous queries like most of first timers would. Bhavna ensured all our requirements are taken into consideration and queries sufficiently answered during the whole process. During the course she had many great suggestions which we would have never thought off, her experience to design a home which is both aesthetic and functional is praise worthy. Never once in the process we felt she is not listening keenly, she always was ready to listen and iterate. We had an irregular plot with 6m of slope, it was a challenging project. Especially to get the design within the CDC guidelines. Bhavna interacted with our certifier, with engineers and builders to design aesthetically good looking and functional house within our budget. I would strongly recommend her.

I never imagined how my weird piece of land could be utilised in such a creative way to fit a massive main dwelling plus an attached granny. A big thankyou goes to Bhavna for her innovative and creative skills in designing our dream home and working very closely with me on our needs and in compliace with very complicated council requirements.
