I found Innovate Energy very professional, prompt, knowledgeable.
The staff are friendly and above they were much cheaper than the opposition using the same equipment. Very happy. Yesterday I had three Tradies install my 10Kw unit. They were polite, friendly, done a very neat job and left my house very clean.

Innovate just installed an 8.3kw solar system for me. Very easy and smooth process.
Kane thoroughly explained all aspects, easily modified and adapted the quote to our requirements. Very professional first contact.
Chris from installation was great, fast efficient communication and booked it at our preferred date and time. Follow up questions all promptly answered.
The tradies Sam, Connor and Dan were excellent. Arrived exactly on time, very professional, did a great job, cleaned everything up, explained the system to me very well. Awesome installation.

I've also had an Aircon installed in 2022 by innovate. Very, very happy with this company. They will be getting repeat business from us for another aircon and other electrical work.

Thank you to the entire team at Innovate Energy. From the time I had my initial contact with them until today when the solar panels were installed, everyone I dealt with was efficient, polite and professional. A great team. I would highly recommended them.

This fantastic company saved my life today Literally. When I ordered a solar panel installation they requested a picture of my power board. They contacted me and told me they highly recommended an upgrade. I asked them why and was told that the 40 year old copper fuses were a safety issue so I agreed. Today I accidentally cut an live wire with a pair of steel scissors and within 6 milliseconds the new system had detected my stuff up and shut the power off. I wouldn’t be here writing this if they hadn’t recommend the up grade.

Jacob was on time- super friendly and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the service and product. Highly recommend!

Been waiting for my quote for over 3 weeks now. I called up and gave my name, phone number and email and was supposed to receive a quote or call back. Didn't receive either. I won't be bothering with this business anymore. A friend of mine received a quote from them that she showed me, and my god the amount of money they are charging people is robbery! Charging extra for double story and because she had a tile roof! Absolute robbery!

Fantastic, professional service from a great team of guys. Site was left spotless, installation was first class from woe to go.

Excellent customer service from the first contact I made, the many many questions I asked to the top notch installation by the technicians. Could not fault. Loving my 10kw solar install.

The team from Innovate were amazing.
They were extremely courteous, and polite throughout the entire process, they even took their shoes off to come into the house.

Very disappointed with the installation and aftersales service, no return phone calls from the owner after several attempts and requests to resolve my complaint. I found this company to be dishonest and misleading for what I was sold and purchased. I do not recommend Innovate Energy Nowra nor would I use them again. My complaint is still not resolved!

** Additional response to the supplier **
- The installation was poor due to the fact that I found metal filings and wire strands all over my boat and driveway, wire off-cuts in my gutters, broken roof tiles and furniture not returned to original. This was advised by phone on 19/9/2022

- The contract signed by myself did not include what I have found out since installation and in my opinion kept from me. I was quoted and sold a 8.19kW solar system to my house which also has a 5.00kW system fitted. I was never told or was it mentioned by Tyson that my electric hot water system on a controlled load meter would never be heated using solar power and I would still get a bill for hot water.
I had to supply my previous electricity bill and photos of my meter box so this information was relevant to quoting and advising on my solar system and the excellent benefits I would receive which were misleading.

- After 1 month I contacted Innovate Energy Nowra due to noticing a charge on my electricity app during the night. I was contacted by James, operations manager who informed me that it was due to my electric hot water system. My complaint is that why would I request the largest solar system adequate for roof area and usage if it does not suit or is fit for purpose and pay $9,700 and still receive an electricity bill of approx. $450 per quarter.
You are energy experts and I wasn't disclosed this information when sold to me, therefore dishonest.

- After 3 additional telephone calls to Brittany requesting the owner to call me back, NO PHONE CALLS FROM EITHER OWNER OR JAMES WERE RECEIVED. Only response was from James via EMAIL with only costly solutions. The last email from James was as per their response but with no timer fitted and therefore a waste of time if heating consumed outside solar generating hours and again misleading.

- NSW Fair Trading were contacted and have responded with a reference number. I have been advised there is approximately a 10 week wait (logged 22/11/2022) and as of today my claim is still current.

- Once again, no telephone call from Innovate Energy Nowra to try and resolve this and yet they write this poor little excuse.

One of the good guys, happend to be talking to Matt on holidays from qld, was interested in a solar system, he put me onto a a company in qld, after contact and quote, Matt offered to look over the quote, quality of materials used and overall cost for install AT NO COST TO ME, A big thankyou to you Matt, Emma and I are very happy to have a 2nd opinion, thankyou to my new friend, chris
