I initially started attending Inner Wisdom Kiniesiology as a surrogate for my 18 month old son, but ended up working on myself as Jasmin really knows how to get to the root of issues. I came to Jaz last month with an excruciating dilemma that I felt was virtually unresolvable. Our single online session allowed me to deeply process my situation, thanks to the spaciousness, non-judgment, impartiality, care and wisdom offered. Most importantly, I felt gently guided inward to listen to my own voice and desires, which had been obscured by suffocating layers of fear, muddied thoughts and external opinions. Jaz asked insightful questions and reflected back to me with clarity that which I had expressed in confusion, helping me to better understand myself and my motivations. Given the degree of turmoil I arrived in, I was surprised that, by the end of the hour, I felt lighter, clearer and more confident about moving forward.
