I paid for an inspection with thermal imaging, but the thermal imaging wasn't done. When I asked for a refund of the price difference, Wayne complained that I distracted him during the inspection. No refund so far.

I reached out to Wayne after having used and researched other inspectors in the past. Wayne responded promptly to all messages and handled organising the building inspection with the agent. He provided me a report back the same day unravelling building, electrical and possible pest issues with the property. His recommendations and ratings provided me with confidence to proceed with the property. Wayne provided me a detailed Building, Pest and Electrical Report. He was available and proactively followed up with us when he couldn't reach the agent to kick off the inspection. The report was delivered to us the day the inspection was made.

I've tried other services and although they were cheaper did not provide the level of detail Wayne provided.

If you are going to buy a home, it's important not to skimp on something like this and do your own due diligence as you don't want to be surprised by costs to fix a lemon. It's worth it, so your mind can be at peace.
