A great experience from start to finish; from the measure and quote (completely free), through to the booking and installation. The install team were a little late due to issues with previous jobs, but they stayed after hours to finish the job, and do it right.

Couldn't recommend them more for any flooring jobs! We'll hopefully get a chance to use them again in the future!

We just had spotted gum timber floorboards installed in our apartment. Erik and Charlene were fabulous from start to finish, from helping us choose the product to arranging the installation. All the old carpet was taken away. The layers did a top quality job installing the floor and new skirting boards. It looks amazing and has completely transformed our apartment. Would highly recommend!

I had Abbass from inner west flooring install a hybrid floor in my new kitchen. I specifically chose a local place. They were really quick doing the job and fixed any issues that arose immediately. Eric is really quick to quote and Charlene in the office is quick to respond to you. I would highly recommend this team and Abbass, and will be using their service for the rest of my house after this kitchen is out of the way. See my before and after photos. Inner West Flooring Xtra at Dulwich Hill are fantastic! Erik knows his floors and recommended the perfect flooring for our studio - beautiful, scratch and water resistant and wonderful to walk on. He took the time to visit so I could see the sample in the studio and in different light and helped with the skirting as well. Charlene arranged everything and kept me in the loop the installer Abbas did a terrific job. Such a great team - don’t go anywhere else!

I strongly recommend Inner West Flooring Xtra for your flooring needs. Erik and Charlene were fantastic with getting everything organised in a very short amount of time. The quote and installation only took a couple weeks in total. Abbass, who installed my floor did a fantastic job! None of the rooms were level or square and Abbass fixed it all to look perfect.

The quoting, booking and installation process was very easy, quick and communication fantastic! Always picked up the phone or called back straight away if they were busy. We had to make some changes to installation date and they were more than happy to make the changes. The carpet looks great and was at a great price. Would definitely recommend Inner West Flooring Xtra!

Very professional execution of unusual installation with some odd-shaped rooms and non-standard plank orientation in some places. Also, sales and administration team worked with us in rescheduling through multi-month delay due to unexpectedly long period for repairs needed before installation (not to mention dealing with special issues in large CBD apartment building and coronavirus restrictions).

I had a great experience with Flooring Xtra and would definitely recommend! They were super quick to come out and quote and brought a long all of their samples. They quickly followed up after the visit with a formal quote. Charlene and Erik were super lovely to deal with and were both quick to respond to any of my queries or concerns. I do have to say that after installation there were a few marks left on our freshly painted walls but I think this is pretty normal and can be fixed with a touch up. I would 100% use Flooring Xtra again and would recommend for anyone renovating!
