I finally found an approach to meditation that I can actually use! The course with Chris Phillips was really life changing in that Chris made meditation accessible to me, very practical and even inspiring. Since doing the course, I am developing my own daily practice which is amazing as I have always been curious and interested in developing a meditation practice but was daunted by the prospect of having to do a rigid process everyday that would be time consuming and complicated. Not so anymore. Chris' information is drawn from many disciplines of meditation and is so easy to apply. I did the course with long time experienced mediators and found that everyone said they had many valuable takeaways. I'm really grateful to Chris for this experience. She is a gifted communicator and her teaching has made a very positive, lasting impression on me.
