Would not recommend this company, made a deal but then the sales rep changed the deal later, and repeatedly lied about the details of the deal so we cancelled our tractor order and requested our deposit back.
Be wary of the “dealerships” out of the ones that I have contacted they have said they are really only repair centers and haven’t really sold many or any TYM tractors one “dealer” actually encouraged me towards a Mahindra tractor instead of the TYM?

It was not a misunderstanding your sales rep “shame” has outright lied and changed the details of the deal mid deal! To say this was a misunderstanding is to imply that we are lying and this is absolutely not the case and as such my review stands! If you get so much great feedback where is it? Im not seeing it on Facebook or google? As for your “dealer network” I have spoken to multiple “dealers” as listed On your website either in person or on the phone and they are not really pushing the TYM brand, rather they will push their other brands stating the TYM brand is not very good in comparison.

I did notice that they have also removed reviews from their facebook page? Apparently they don't want a negative review about their company and the way it does business?

This company claims to have many happy customers, however I feel that to make this claim they should perhaps back it up? Currently there is one positive review on google, which has no comment just a star rating but the only review on Facebook before they took it down was my negative one. Makes you think that perhaps they are not telling the truth? Perhaps they have had multiple poor reviews and just keep removing them? I did attempt to point out to them over messenger that some other Tractor companies don't hide their negative reviews, (but then I suppose they seem to have hundreds of positive reviews to counteract the negative ones) however I soon found myself blocked their as well.wow it just seems that this company is quite fickle and cannot handle the truth?

1) Sketchy Dealer network - with "dealers" pushing us to other brands?
2) Says many happy customers without any form of proof
3) Lied to this very unhappy customer
4) Poor communication, for example: - I called and requested that the GM call me back to discuss the issue.he instead sent a very weak email, seems he could not really be bothered? The apology they refer too was very weak and still suggests that we are the ones that got this wrong! This is not the case!
6) Can't deal with negative feedback other than to try to remove it.

Poor form all round tho I suppose they did us a favour.just imagine if we'd got one and had a warranty issue? Who knows what would have happend.

So I’ve had a phone call from the GM he only called to have a go at me claiming that I spoke harshly to his employees this is partly true I was quite irate with his rep however did not speak harshly towards his office admin person! Furthermore he still will not accept that his rep lied even after I stated that I had absolute proof to back up my claim! He didn’t seem interested in seeing the proof? Instead he suggested that i needed professional help? (Just wow!)

Inlon has removed reviews on Facebook and suggested that I am a “troll” because of the negative reviews that I have posted about this company!
When questioned about his seemingly fragile dealer network he deflected and would not answer? Be wary, call the dealers and see for yourself!

Oh dear I know see that Gary surman has given them a 5 star review.he’s employed by Inlon so it’s a fake review! (now removed)

Now this company has attacked me on my Facebook business page by writing a 1 star review, Bizonline has never supplied any service or products to Gary Surman of Inlon ever, poor form and clearly unethical and malicious behaviour of their "National Sales & Marketing Manager".
