My business has been using Ikorama for over 10 years. When I first met Harry I told him I was spending $500 per month on ink for my printer. Harry said $500 per month you have the wrong printer and sold me a Kyocera printer that has saved me thousands of dollars over the years. The other company that was happy to take my money every month without expert advice are no longer in business. Put simply Harry and his team are the best. Not always the cheapest but the friendly service and stock levels are worth the price.

I should read the reviews before I have my 11 pages to be printed. I was charged $5. I asked how much to print a page. The owner looked angry I can feel his emotion not friendly. He said 25 cent a page, minimum on printing $5. So hungry for money. I wonder how can this shop survive until now? I will never consume in this shop for all my life.

Answer to owner’s answer: You said rude customers will never be welcomed. But I want to say your attitude to customers is the worst I ever see. If you don’t want to run the business, you’d better close it down. Think about why the reviews for your shop are so low? Isn’t it your problem?
If you were polite to reply my comment, then I would rather delete this review. But your rudeness and bad manners disappointed me.

The worst experience. He printed my invitation file multiple times and thought it was fine, though completely blurry. He saw that it was blurry though didn’t understand that there was a problem with it, when I asked why he didn’t check with me from the first print said “I just print what I’m sent, it’s your fault for sending a small file” I said “ at $3. Per page you think you would check if it was clear or not” he replied “I don’t see a problem with it, it’s not my job to check” I told him “it’s literally your job to provide a service that prints to the best quality, I would have sent a larger file had I known” he replied “I guarantee you that your file will not print better” I said “why print it then, you should have told me before wasting paper and money, I’m just going to throw these out” He replied “not my job” and it went on.
As someone who runs a shop printing I would imagine that it would be in his best interest to alert customers when there is an error with a file or if the file will print to a higher standard if larger. I do not recommend this shop. The original Bennett’s Printing in Leura or Possum Printers in Katoomba who actually care about quality service and return customers are 100% better

Charged me $27 for a ink refill one week earlier and then a week later when I asked to return a high yield ink refill cartridge which he charged me $55 for that the boss told me would fit my printer (it didnt fit) I asked for it to be swapped over for a $27 cartridge he charged me $44, I got a refund next day after insisting.
A total rip off

Very professional and personal prompt attention to service. Very pleasant staff. And pricing was suprisingly economical. Definitely good value and highly recommend to all. A very nice change feeling very welcomed and nothing is too difficult for Inkorama to assist your requirements.

I wanted to get 1 page printed. The minimum cost is $5 - and minimum Eftpos $10! So I agreed to pay $10 for 1 sheet of paper. Then the owner came & tore out the USB before the staff member could make the print because I had offended him by complaining about his rudeness over a year ago.

I think the owner needs to think about how he treats the people in his store. We need another print store in Katoomba!

Always my first choice whenever I need anything concerning printing, fast, friendly and reliable service at a price you can't beat for quality.

Reading others reviews on here seems as though some members of the community don't understand how to read the clearly posted signage on the counter before requesting their prints.

Generally speaking small businesses would have to pay a number of fees to process a transaction under 10 dollars on credit which would mean there would be no room to make any profit on those jobs, also seems some people have no understanding nor consideration to that either.

Don't go here! Just go a few steps up to Bennett's who will accept your job with no fuss! InkoDRAMA would not hand over my printing because I didn't meet the minimum EFTPOS limit of $10, by about 20c. Obviously InkoDRAMA doesn't need the business because they're not prepared to meet the needs of customers. Bennett's, just a few doors up is happy to accept payment by card. I'm not the only person to give this feedback so take note! I'll not be back and I'll not recommend others go here.if you're not prepared to be friendly, provide the services the people need and not argue over a few cents, then people will go elsewhere and then I guess, so will you.disappearing into the sunset!

So this guy asked 15 dollar for 4 colored A4 prints and 4 black and white a4s. He told us the price afterwarts and we were supprised by this. Than he became mad and told us very rude to leave. Dont go here. Go to bennetts printing at the ege of town. He helpt us very good!

Just took in a small print for my son's school project. It printed slightly too big for the A3 page. I asked Harry to press the 'Fit to screen' option. "We don't do edits" he tells me. Just press 1 button! I will pay $5 for this. No. I have been buying ink & paper here at overpriced $$ in order to support a local community business. You just lost a customer mate.

Excellent customer service always. Well stocked & great prices. The best ink/toner shop I've been to. Highly recommended

Very efficient and very reasonably priced. I've been in business in Katoomba since 1984 and would thoroughly recommend these guys!
