I have recently moved my rental property to Inglis as I have had multiple issues with my previous 2 managing agencies. My property manager Caitlin has been nothing short of exceptional, since taking over my property Caitlin has managed all aspects with absolute priority, she has managed my previous tenants who were not paying rent out of my property, managed repairs to my property and now has excellent new tenants in my property. This was all done with minimal inconvenience to myself and in an extremely quick timeframe. I would recommend Inglis and Caitlin with the highest level of confidence.

Horrible to deal with. Samanta is so rude and never responds unless she wants something. Anthony is never available and they DO NOT look after their tenants. Always had issues with them trying to get driveway repaired, was in a new rental with no lights for 6 months, the drains were never cleaned even after the first rain event when we advised this was impacting and causing our issues. Too much to list.
So much that we had a local engineer DMC Engineering advise us that our rear wall was so badly damaged it could fall at any time and could kill someone so we had to move out and they tried to then increase our rent because we spoke out.
They are now also trying to rent out the same place which is a HUGE CONCERN.
BEWARE and inspect your future premises. Get everything in writing.

14 years renting the same place and am so glad I do not have to deal with Inglis anymore. I have spoken to so many people in the area who all say the same thing. BEWARE when renting anything from them. We flooded 4 times and they tried to increase our rent by around 60-70% - because that was what the market research showed. After a number of requests they could not provide this information. Money grab for sure but in hindsight a great thing to happen because I am not dealing with them anymore. They were also very unprofessional and tried to slander me to the new place I was moving into even though I was at the previous place for 14 years. If there was an issue then did I continually get offered more units in the same complex!

Kaela is a wonderful commercial agent. Her knowledge and experience in the field has been valued and appreciated. I have liaised with various real estate agencies in the local area, and Kaela’s professionalism, honesty and integrity has been far superior. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to rent a commercial space.

I just purchased my first property via Inglis Property Macarthur and I couldn’t rate them high enough. After looking at several properties previously, putting in offers and constantly dealing with real estate agents that weren’t honest with us we were starting to feel defeated by the whole process. I understand that agents are being paid by the vendor and that their goal is to get the best price for them, but we were consistently left feeling like all the agents we dealt with didn’t care about the purchasers. We put in offers that weren’t acknowledged, asked questions that were ignored and genuinely felt like all the agents were just chasing money.
When we saw the property we purchased with Inglis we were greeted by their agent Terry who was upfront, professional and negotiated honestly with us. We agreed on a price and then dealt with Sheree throughout the settlement period. Sheree was also professional, responsive and just lovely to deal with.
Our experience with Inglis as purchasers was amazing and I really couldn’t fault them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a Real Estate agent.
