One mechanic passes pink slips without looking at the car, one will say that the Tyres are illegal without using a tyre tread gauge.

Was told that I could find a shonky, mechanic that would pass the pink slip.

The next mechanic has passed, stating that the tyres are OK, but will need attention in a couple of months.

Would be weary of this one.

This guy was awesome. Went into to get a new tyre - could have sold me one for $245. I checked and he quoted me RRP.

Anyways he ended up recommending me to have him check the tyres, the rims etc. He found a nail in the tyre and charged me $30 to patch.

What is more, during the entire time he showed me around his shed, how tyres degrade with multiple examples. Gave me some tips. Really nice bloke.

Given he quoted me RRP, down sailed me *AND* spent 15 minutes having a chat about tyres and showing me around - I will be going back to this place my tyres on all counts.

Transparent, Good First Impression. With the tyres and brake replacement. As a Bonus the Dust on the Dash and Interior was Cleaned Off. Only nitpick is they asked $100 for a simple lock replacement. But Im happy to go there again.

Very bad experience. They gave me a cheap quality tyre and asked for $165 and later charged $145. I should asked first which tyre? The tyre they gave me other shops are selling $77 to $95. Simply they ripped me off and absoulately cheating.be careful.

George was an absolute legend, he sorted out a tyre to replace mine, great service, very professional and at a very reasonable price. Will be recommending him to anyone that needs it.

Why is this fellow in business? 70 dollars to strip and fit 2 tyres I supplied and balence them and didn't include disposal. Took them to my usual shop who charged me $20 for the pair and also disposed them for me. Also on another car, took a tyre to get repaired (hole In the tread part) and couldn't do it. Again took it to my usual shop who was able to do it. My usual shop is in bankstown amd is sometimes hard to get to when i dont have anything todo in that area. Poor service ovetall with this place

Friendly service with no problems after a service or work. I've been going there for many years with our AU falcon which we had from new. I also had my wife's car serviced there. All good with no dramas.
Today I've put our current car in for a service, and some minor work. I would not be going back if the work had not been acceptable at any time with any of our cars. I'm certainly happy with the quality of the work they have carried out.

Got burnt by this mechanic.too much to go into details with, but I've asked God for forgiveness.

Ok for fitting new tyres only, and the job being carried out is visible in front of you. But not for wheel alignments or mechanical repairs. My car has been ruined by this so called tyre mechanic three times after each wheel alignments.
First time, the exhaust pipe connected to the manifold fell off. Second time, the muffler bracket and screws missing, third time, the air intake hose loosened, and car wheels felt like it was skating on ice. On each occasions I brought the car for wheel alignments, the car was in excellent mechanical conditions.
I sought the services of two local mechanics who rectify the problems at very minimal costs.
The reason I now write this review, is because it is a bit too much to have the same problem occurring every time I took my vehicle to this tyre mechanic to perform a wheel alignment. At first I did not suspect anything, as I found the proprietor to be a trustworthy person.
My concern with this tyre place is, the family and I, could have been involved in a serious car accident. After the last wheel alignment was performed by the above mentioned tyre place, I drove the car on the freeway during peak hours, the car lacked power and refused to move. The car exhaust manifold and surrounded engine parts were heated up. When I stop or slow down, the engine cut out. Rang for road assistance, and to my amazement, the road assistant pointed out, the air intake hose and map sensor screws, were completely loosened.
Another issue has arisen out of the exhaust again, and as mentioned, it now lacked power, and I am at tethers end to see another local mechanic to find any loosen screws, or any problems in the exhaust system again. I will never ever want to set foot or see the place again. “AT YOUR OWN RISK”

Thanks for the reviews, I live close by, and will avoid this local tyre place. Business does not deserve a star rating. Very bad man.
