Love this caravan park. Location is brilliant. Park and facilities are very clean. Would love to go back there again.

My husband and I first discovered White Albatross many years ago with our caravan and always loved it. I am now widowed and now love staying in the cabins.

Great place watched the whales. Lots of walking tracks. Kakak or board lagoon. 3 wheel tricyle for adults and kids to hire. Great amenities. Plenty of room for van. Jumping mat for kids. Good camp kitchen.

They accomodated my request with a drive through site so I did not have to un hitch van for one night stay. Very grateful for that. Coild not speak more highly of staff.

Awesome location. We were a disappointed that the beaches/waterways in walking distance were not dog friendly.

We really like White Albatross. We have stayed there in the past and will likely stay again in the future. My reason for rating the room a 3 rather than than anything higher was that we stayed in a Budget 1 bedroom cabin and it was even smaller than we thought it might be. On a previous visit we stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin overlooking the lake and it was really good. The concern we have at the moment is that price of cabins in caravan parks, including White Albatross, has increased markedly; well in excess of the rate of inflation.

We stayed on a waterfront site with our caravan. It was so peaceful and so nice to wake up to everyday. Our site was spacious and clean. We spent most of our days fishing (we caught a few!) and walking around the break wall and beaches. Its also a short walk to the local shops for groceries. Staff were always welcoming when we needed anything and friendly. Highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Great location near the water with clean cabins, comfy beds, and everything for your daily needs. The grounds and pool are well maintained and the accomodation is affordable with friendly helpful staff. You are not far from local shops if wanting to pick up groceries from a major supermarket and a short drive to the freeway to head north or south.
I would recommend Ingenia Holidays White Albatross for all age groups, singles, couples or families.

This is a stand out location and really well managed holiday park. Lovely staff, great facilities, two bedroom cabin was very nice and good value.

First time experience at White Albatross and we are already wanting to go back next year. It was spectacular. The cabins are what you would expect cabins to be in a holiday park. Nothing too fancy, but enough to be able to live comfortably for a wk or so.
We had the 2-bed lagoon front cabin. It was fantastic being in front of the lagoon to sit and watch kids on veranda while they swam across to the pontoon till sun went down.
The park is very well kept. Gardens are beautiful. Loved the food at the V-Wall Pavillion and the cafe.
The location of White Albatross though is what won it for us. Right next to lagoon, or pool, then Shelly beach or the Nambucca River which we lived in. The Water was Crystle clear. I couldn't fault anything. I only experienced one lady on reception who I wouldn't call 'friendly' or helpful, but the other girls were amazing.
Thank you for a holiday we will never forget.

If you stay at Nambucca this is the place to stay, great location, friendly staff and just the best place to unwind
The lagoon is awesome if you don't want the beach but still want the Saltwater

Family has been coming here for the past few years for Christmas and Easter. They have always had 2 cars on 1 site with 2 gate codes and have never had a problem. Went to the office as usual to be greeted by the office lady Jo. Jo was incredibly rude and refused to give us the second gate pass, speaking to us so horribly. Would not want to be served by her again. Very rude considering the family spends thousands here a year and would have been more understanding if she had of been nice. Extremely poor customer service!

The cabins are neat and clean, the bathrooms are small but ok. The beds are comfortable. The park is great.
