We are long term customers of Infoclean, and for good reason. They consistently provide both excellent customer service and an excellent weekly clean of our office.

We've been working with Infoclean for over a year to clean our office space. From the first contact, their communication has been excellent, and they have been very accommodating to our specific needs and schedule. The team has proven very professional and friendly. They always leave the office looking and smelling fresh and clean.

I used info clean to do a end of lease clean and they did an amazing job. The Carpet looked fantastic after considering it had been water damage due to water coming in and mold started to grow. They were quick to give a quote, showed up when they said they would and left the apartment looking better then the day I moved in. Thank you info clean

Clients, be warned about Infoclean. For two years, Infoclean has been charging us a fee to dispose of rubbish as we don't have rubbish bins onsite. Today, I found a pile of rubbish from our office dumped around the corner from our office. Their rubbish disposal is dumping it in the neighbours personal bins, who have confronted us about dumping rubbish in their bins. And if they don't make the bin, littering confidential and branded material literally in the streets. I can't believe they would ethically charge for a service like this, let alone the issue about littering.
I know it's hard to find good people at the moment, but don't stoop as low to hire people like this.

I've had the pleasure of having infoclean work with us for a few years and they've always been quick to respond to any queries or requests. Their cleaners (we've had the wonderful Riyads for some time now) always do a fabulous job and you can always tell when they've been through, the space is just better and brighter with how fresh and clean it is.:)

Very impressed with the response time and communication. I called late one afternoon for an urgent Covid clean. Someone was at my door 1,5hrs later donning full PPE. This person was also the friendliest person ever and did a great job cleaning.

The communication between Maicol and Daniel was really good. My sister had contacted them as the only company to come to Wollongong for their services as they are certified for Covid 19 Cleaning. We have no one down here for both jobs be done in 1 day. We only have the fog bomb a company but its more industrial. The guys kept in touch with me. The communication was great. The details over the phone once Daniel arrived and was leaving informed me of everything plus the photos I was sent. I felt like I knew Daniel from before just the great customer service. I will be contacting the company soon to do my place.

It is hard to get good cleaners anywhere so I am happy to have found InfoClean 2 years ago because I find them committed to fulfill all the requirements for achieving workplace hygiene that meet our global standards. They have good supervision in place and are responsive to make quality checks on the ground when needed. I give them top marks for communication that is timely and clear. Infoclean did an amazing job cleaning our office premises. The keyboards, fridge and microwave look brand new and they were a mess prior after 6 years and 22 staff, incredible! The office is sparkling and we are proud to have our staff back after COVID. Thanks guys

What a great company! We called and they came onsite the next morning to conduct a COVID deep clean, and provided fantastic service along the way. I wish all company's we dealt with were this responsive!

I called last minute for a Sunday full apartment clean
They assisted straight away in a very caring compassionate way. They were only too happy to help with everything! The cleaning was unbelievably good and priced very reasonably. They even dropped keys off for me! Highly recommend.
