What can I say, I have been a member for 6 months now and this is by far the best gym that I have been a member of/visited (even including Sydney CBD gyms). Rob's classes are meticulously crafted to get the best results out of everyone. Boxing of an evening is also fanastic and the general free weights and machine areas are state of the art, clean and always inviting. A great gym without that "gym junkie" feeling. Highly recommended!

Awesome equipment & group training. The gym is clean and has a variety of equipment and cardio machines. Staff are friendly and create a good atmosphere. Membership options to suit everyone’s needs. Money well spent for the quality, variety and cleanliness.

Infit 24/7 gym is a top gym, has more than enough facilities that you need at a gym and the trainers and staff are all so friendly and willing to help, always has a good atmosphere

Bodhi Studio located upstairs inside Infit 24/7 is a brand new Pilates, Barre and Yoga studio in Kogarah. The team are experienced, very friendly and very welcoming. The studio offers brand new Reformers in a stunning luxe setting and I am excited to contine my Pilates and Yoga practice here.

Really good gym. Nice equipment and good setup. They have better and more fancy equipment that you don't see in many other gyms. I liked it a lot
