A very user friendly online ordering platform or can call them by phone. My 24k Red Rose in the case was delivered on time. They have a great selection to choose from their site. The quality of the Rose was very nice, would recommend to anyone who is looking for a special gift like this.

The rose arrived quickly and the quality far exceeded my expectations. The rose came beautifully presented in a high quality display box. I'll absolutely be getting more in the future.

A week overdue for delivery, not acceptable.

Rather than making the customer chase up the company, this should be communicated with the customer directly and consistently or arrange an alternative.

Although delivered, but really needs to work on communication as well as having the product in stock. If I wanted the roses for a fraction of the price and delivered at the same rate, I would have ordered it myself from overseas.

Update Note:
"For NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT metro area orders made before 12.00pm on weekdays, your package should arrive to you on the next business day. "

Order was placed on Monday between 9: 00am - 11: 00am. Order was not dispatched till the week week after. There were no notice or confirmation even till today that it was delivered.

No confirmation of delivery or delivery tracking. The delivery address was 15 minutes from where the office is claimed to be.

Flawless customer service.

Ordered a pink rose, wasn't happy about the size of the bud or quality of one of the leaves. Within minutes of sending an email someone called to assist me with my purchase even though it was 10: 30 PM there in NSW!

Easy return and replace policy, even marked my order for the replacement to meet my guidelines as best as possible. Excellent company, Tim was extremely willing to assist and help even past work hours, would highly recommend.

Excellent quality, the rose petals have stunning detail and the variety of payment methods is great. I had some minor confusion about the base of the special display dome but the team were so quick and polite about helping me. Will definitely be buying from Infinity Rose again!
