Had a warranty claim via Beacon Lighting. Once the fault was identified, the issue was sorted in good time. The owner is a decent and genuine person who’s business I would recommend for any electrical needs.

Infinity offered plenty of expert advice on a new Solar Solution which was easy to understand. The entire team were professional at every step of the process. When comparing their quotes and selected products to other firms it was clear they offer excellent value for money. There was no pressure selling and no surprises during the installation. We're really happy with the outcome.

Infinity was recommended by another customer and they did not disappoint.using their online enquiry tool, they called me within the hour and started to tailor panels for our household needs.

They sent out their technician for an onsite inspection who came at the scheduled time. They offered multiple solar options and prices to allow us to make the best and informed decision. The price was great and thousands less than expected.

The install was scheduled and completed without a hitch.they have stepped us through the system and online tools and how to read the system performance.

I cannot fault the customer service, and this has extended after install with calls to make sure we have no issues.

I saw Infinity Electrical Services television advertisement and was moved to write about our interaction with Michael and the team.
We had a house fire almost 10 years ago in Jamberoo from a faulty electrical appliance and the insurance company engaged infinity to repair the lounge room wiring (replace!) as not a lot was left. Michael completed this job but on his own initiative and time he wrote to the insurer explaining to them that problems existed throughout our old house and explained to then what needed to be done and the cost to make it safe for us.

It’s no surprise that the business isuccessful today. Michael ethics, standards and workers are of the highest order and we can recommend Infinity without hesitation.

Perfect! …. I was particular with what I was looking for in my solar solution and Infinity Energy could deliver it and more. Full black panels, black rails, micro-inverters and installed by a committed, respectful and professional crew. I could see the value. They went the extra yards too. From the quote, the measure up, install, and handover. Highly recommended.

Michael and his team installed a 7kw solar system with enphase inverter. His crew were on time, friendly, and worked quickly throughout the day. They left no rubbish inside or outside the property. The system looks amazing with black solar panels and no ugly cabling down the side of the house. They system works fantastic and could not be happier! I would highly recommend getting a quote from Infinity for any electrical job at your home or business properties.

I recently had four ceiling fans installed in a house that has masonry internal walls. When it came to installing the wall isolation switches (a job that should simply have been a matter of pulling wires through the existing light fixture), it became obvious this was not going to be possible with two of the fans. Tim and Christopher came to me with solutions, not excuses.
