Going back. Had a tongue piercing that was too tight, no one could get it out, he had it out in 10 seconds

I went in the other day for an eyebrow piercing. I misread the map when I looked it up and we were walking around Campbelltown Mall. I called the store and the lady was really sweet and told me where it was.

The store's very clean. Mike did my piercing in less than five minutes, even while explaining every step of the way. He's very courteous, professional, and lovely. He gave me my aftercare instructions and insisted I come in, call, or message him if anything worried me and he'd take care of me. I definitely recommend this store for your piercing needs.

Mike is the most professional, down to earth, skilled piercer around. I've had multiple piercings done by him, ears, nose, lip and noone is as fast and pain free as him. I can't rate him and the team high enough

I had my nipples pierced today most amazing experience, piercer was the most gentle person and kept talking to me to keep me distracted and comfortable will definitely be going back!

My wife popped in for a peircing after our awesome weekend away and what great welcoming and friendly staff work here. Was in and out in no time, all care taken to make us feel relaxed and they were very professional with a hit of cheekiness. Thanks guys

I had my triangle pierced and they pierced this crooked, they also didn't go through proper aftercare instructions. When I let them know about the piercing that was not straight, they refused to give me a refund. Dodgy place, I wouldn't go here!

Felt at ease from the moment I entered the business with such a modern studio and cleanliness.

Was the best place I’ve been to every place I went refused to do an industrial on me but straight away Mike said I can get it done I ended up getting that my daith twice and a flat and best experience I had very fast and would definitely go back there again THANK YOU so much mike

I’ve been pierced here twice and I’ll go again for any future piercings. It’s clean and professional. Mike is nice and very good at his job. From the form and the prep to the piercing it was all so quick. He did the septum piercing so easily that I didn’t realise he’d finished it. Pricing is decent too and worth it

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The piercer is fantastic. Gets piercings done fast and accurate.
Wouldn't go to or trust anyone else.

Mike did such a good job with my nose piercing and my friends forward helix. He was really kind and made sure we had all our questions answered before we left. Would definetly come back!

This visit was a loooooong time coming - I did my research of various body piercing places and finally bit the bullet after reading positive reviews and seeing Mike's body of work. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome by Jody and Mike. First, Jody took her time helping me select jewellery pieces and helping me achieve the aesthetic I was hoping for. Next, the wait time was minimal as Mike is quick yet thorough. Mike took his time, checking a previous piercing (my first earlobe one) and then proceeded to measure me up, let me check and then pierced my second and thirds on either side, daith and helix. He explained the aftercare process and when I left, I touched based to clarify and the response back was helpful and I'm so glad I went to Infinity for my piercings.

Got my bridge done in November tried to change the jewellery out and it didn’t fit due to it being done wonky not very happy with it the guy was nice but one side is super close to my eye and the other side isn’t

I have been twice here. First time I had my nose pierced and the second time I went with my sister and got second piecing on the lobe for myself and she got a double helix and thirds on the lobe. We were the last customers and understandably the piercer wanted to get it over and done with but that shouldn’t be at my sister’s cost as he didnt give her a warning when he was about to pierce the two lobes and she even said it out loud but he brushed it off.
I would be ok if it was done to me but Im the one that brought her to this place and therefore feel responsible.on top of that it wasnt until we were in the car on our way home that we realised he didnt tell us how to clean the piercings and I had to rely on what Industri 8 instructed me to do when I got a piercing from there to then advise my sister on how to clean her new double helix (which so easily can get infected)
Cleaning instructions are the most important part of getting a piercing and this has happened on both times i have been here.
She said she wont come back again here when she wants more piercings and I agree as we didnt feel like we were cared for.

Mike was super friendly and paitence toward me and gave me a huge positive smile! And the fact the service and the atmosphere there was the greatest and never knew the quality of the jewellery was great! And he willing to take the time to work for my needs and super quick and cautious! Highly recommend:) and the fact he did amazing job on my sister ear!
