Jelina romano who works in account/administration has the worst customer service. Very unprofessional and just rude! We have been renting with these guys for over 5 years and first time out a complaint through as we have had no hot water for a week. Reported the issue late as I thought it would get resolved but still hasn’t and she tells me it would of got resolved quicker if I told them about it earlier? Putting the blame on me? Are you kidding me? They’ve sent out 3 plumbers who haven’t been able to fix the problem! Instead of apologising cause my 5 year old has been having cold showers she’s blamed me for the problem. Disgusting customer service.
