Infinite Health - Sydney Physiotherapy

I could honestly not recommend this team more and with the high degree of professionalism this team operates under, they will treat you like you are part of the family.

Anytime I have needed rehab for an injury the Infinite team is methodical, careful and supportive in post treatment care.

I trust them with no hesitation as they are highly educated and know their stuff!

I've been treated by John for various sporting injuries. John always gives great advice and talks you through why the injury may of occurred how he is going to help me recover from the injures. I would HIGHLY Recommend John & the Infinite Health team

Being injured is one of the worst fears I have, and then I sustained one early this year.

I immediately went on a search for a Physio, and the first one I saw with great reviews was Infinite Health. The reviews did not disappoint, Stathis and the team looked after my injury and rehab with great care. All the sessions and exercises helped me recover from my back pain.

Infinite Health is the best at their stuff.

I've recently been to Infinite because of lower back pain. I've worked with Honey for remedial massage and Stathis for physio treatment and both have been great to work with. The treatment and advice in terms of stretching and general training was excellent and i'll definitely be back as needed for further treatment.

Been to Aaron at Infinite Health Chatswood. Excellent care and program for my elbow rehab. Excellent knowledge, plan and explanation of my condition and road to recovery. Highly recommended!

The team at Infinite Health have been extremely helpful over a number of years. Whether it's been seeing John to help suss out a niggling injury, doing rehab/prehab with Pat, or a well-needed massage from Honey. They treat, but they also educate you to help look after yourself!

For years I have just dealt with back and neck pain. Finally caved and looked into a physiotherapist. Initially picked Infinite Health due to proximity but John has been instrumental in helping me live a more pain free life. Facilities are clean and modern. Staff are professional and experts in their field. Can't recommend this practice more highly!

Infinite Health team is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I've had a nagging knee injury from indoor soccer and the guys gave some additional at-home workouts for further injury prevention after the first treatment.

I recommend Stan to everyone I care about. He has helped me fix an issue that I had had for years. I came to him with a bad back and he worked with me to find the cause of the issue. I had a bad back which was causing me migraines and stopping me from running. We worked together to fix it, the migraines are gone and I can run as I used to.
He is a great physio that cares about restoring his patients reach their full health. I cannot say enough good things about him.

I've had a great experience with the Physio team at Infinite Health. I'd been to multiple different physios before and still had continuing issues with pain and with no real understanding of what the underlying problems were.

I've seen several clinicians but in particular can highly recommend John and Stathis. Both explained my issues well and more than that, explained the reasoning why I was being given particular exercises and the importance of it from a whole-body perspective. I'm happy that I always walk out with a greater understanding of my body - and my body feeling great! I've had several issues including knee pain, flat feet and hip issues which are exacerbated by my Powerlifting training and they've all been quite knowledgeable in helping me continue to progress in my training.

I was treated by John for a muscle strain who was very thorough in diagnosis, treatment during the session including dry needling and deep tissue massage, and prescribed exercises and stretches that got me back to sport quicker than i thought i'd be. Only complaint is he's a Chelsea fan. Highly recommend!
