Industrial Evolution

I just purchased from Industrial Evolution the complete package for my 2019 Toyota Prado GXL 150 series including: i) in-dash mount; ii) Apple iPad 2021 Otterbox 12.9" docking station; and iii) Otterbox case for Apple iPad Pro. The service and support I have had from Brett and his team has been fantastic! The product itself is brilliant and definitely the best compared to all the alternative products that are capable to hold an iPad for navigating while driving. I understand Industrial Evolution provide their products to Police and Ambulance services which is testimony to the quality and fit-for-purpose operation of their products. I had an issue where I was unable to fit a bracket for an in dash mount for my new car, a 2022 Isuzu Mux. I contacted Industrial Evolution via email very late one night seeking assistance. First thing the next day, Brett phoned me to find out more detail with a view to resolving the problem. Brett offered to fly down from his location in Sydney to my home in Melbourne during his weekend to try and help me with the problem. I could barely believe that this would happen. But amazingly and impressively, that is exactly what occurred. After arriving at my home, Brett carefully analysed the problem, fitted the bracket, which just needed to be screwed in much more tightly to fit properly. The quality of the bracket is outstanding. Even better, the level of customer support is beyond anything that I have ever experienced. I wish that I could give a higher rating than 5/5. I have absolutely no association with the company and rarely do reviews. This standard of care and follow up would not even be expected with a large order, let alone one bracket. Platinum standard customer support was provided, and Brett was at all times highly respectful and professional to deal with. I thoroughly recommend Industrial Evolution to anyone seeking a custom fitted premium quality bracket solution, with impressive customer support. Perfection!

I purchased one of the 79 series Landcruiser mounts for our BFB's light tanker. Mount itself is of excellent quality and very sturdy. A far better option than any of the ball & socket type "Mounts". Would Highly recommend, they are definately worth the $$.
More importantly even than the quality of the product, was their service. Nearly a month after purchasing we went to fit the bracket to our appliance, only to find we had in fact ordered the incorrect version (our fault, not suppliers). Tom was extremely helpful and sent out the correct parts to us overnight, without charging extra freight, and all on the understanding we would return the other mount when the new one arrived.
A company that makes a great product, backs it, and works with their customers needs as a priority. Highly recommend and will certainly be purchasing more mounts in future as our vehicles are replaced.

I ordered and installed a Toyota Hilux mount to fit a 9 inch display in front of the Multi media display. The bracket fits securely and neatly in place and the quality of the finished bracket is of a high standard
