Indulge Beauty & Nails

I travel every few weeks to get my nails done here because honestly can't see myself going to any other nail salon.
The ladies here are very lovely, accommodating and produce great work every time. I've never been disappointed with the outcome of my nails here.

This place is currently the only place I can just sit back and relax, I don't use my phone, I don't listen to music, I just sit back and relax watching my nail artist work her magic. Half the time I just say what colour I'm feeling that week and she does the rest.

My view:
Spent 5 hrs in the store for SNS and pedicure. They were over-booked and understaffed (7 clients to 3 staff).
Cost came later, which i thought was very expensive.

4 of my wedding guests were booked here for hair and makeup- and all 4 guests got back home and rubbed their makeup off- they showed me pictures and they looked terrible. 2 of the hair was ok, but the other 2 hair went frizzy within hours and it wasnt even bad weather. The ladies were very disappointed as it was their brother/son wedding and the ladies at le indulge did not listen to their needs and were being rude. One of them refused to have her makeup finished and they were all charged full price 150- 2 of them were elderly ladies with very short hair that didn't even style just blowdry that took 5 minutes. Overall, very disappointed! I would not recommend especially if you have such a special event on.

Have waited up to 45 mins here for a BOOKED appointment which in itself is appalling. Biked another appointment directly with one of the nail techs which she confirmed. I showed up for my appointment and the store was closed. I messaged the woman saying I was outside the store and it seemed empty. She said hm that’s weird. Then few mins later she comes back with omg hun so sorry the girls are closed today. I was then promised if I came in a few days later for my lash appointment they would have two techs working on me at the same time nails AND lashes as I had several other appointments following that. I agreed. I got there and 1. They didn’t do to my nails what I had asked for and I have a wedding to attend. These nails don’t match my dress. 2. They didn’t do my nails and lashes at the same time as promised. I ended up being 20 minutes late to my next appointment then as a result was 20 mins late to my appointment after that. Chain reaction. Ruined my whole day. Never coming here again so unprofessional. No legitimate business should lack communication skills this badly I’ve never seen a business run so poorly.

Fabulous service & great value for money! The ladies at Indulge are always the first in the industry to provide new styles and designs. When your acrylic nails last 4 weeks and still look perfect, you know the girls use quality products!

They forgot to brush of the drilled nail so it looked like I put flower in my nails and they didn’t cut my nail properly.it was more pricey and they don’t tell u something till after.but over all it wasn’t that bad and it’s a nice color.

Just got my nails done, they did such an amazing job! I was a little late for my appointment and they stayed open late because I'd come all the way from Mascot. Really reasonably priced and very friendly staff. Will def be coming back!

I’m not the type to complain but after visiting here yesterday I was so disappointed with the results. From the moment I walked in - having to wait 45 minutes for someone to attend to me even though I had arranged a booking 1 & a half hours prior - to walking out with a full set of uneven nails and blood on some parts of my fingernail tips.

I had the urge to walk out of the store several times, as I had to get back to work, however, one of the workers kept advising me that someone would attend to me shortly. 45 minutes later, someone had finally started working on my nails, and the lady who served me was very friendly however she kept rushing to finish the job, didn’t even remove some parts of my nail polish that I had on previously yet alone soak my nails as you usually do for a manicure & rushed the whole process.

What disappointed me more was the fact that she cut my skin around two of my finger nails and tried covering it up. When I confronted her she instantly stated that the pain would go away in a day or so. Being a person who has a strong customer service background, I don't usually complain or give poor reviews, but this service left me so disappointed, never again.
