A very professional local company to deal with. The salesman, Gerry, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of the sale - including answering all enquiries and changing delivery dates a few times to fit into our schedule.
The real gems are the delivery guys, Troy and Pep, whose positive "can-do" attitude really shone out whilst delivering at a difficult site.
Overall a great local company I would happily recommend!

Bloody amazing! A highly professional company.
It was excellent service from all that we were in contact with to get our spa / plunge pool set up, including crane operators and electricians. They have professionals to set it up on the day, and it is all done to times in which they inform you of.
Now, I'm just waiting for it to fill!
If only there were more companies with this amount of professionalism.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. From the online help chat, to Gerry the salesperson, through to the delivery/installation staff. This company delivered in spades. We ordered a 7 seater spa which is beyond fabulous, exactly what we were looking for. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A full 10 out of 10 from me.

We shopped around many places for our spa. You soon realise it’s all very confusing. We found the difference in our experience that dealing with the owner of a small business and the experience that comes from that far more reassuring that just dealing with a sales person from a company owned store. My wife and I saw an ad on Facebook showing special prices so we rang to enquire. The information provided and the service was excellent, with subsequent questions answered promptly. We agreed on a delivery date that allowed us time to prepare the area for the spa and it was very efficiently delivered on that date. The installers were friendly and answered all our questions. We were able to enjoy our first spa that same evening. We are very happy to recommend IndoorOutdoorSpas to anyone looking to purchase a new spa.

I found their after service to be severely lacking, I'm still waiting for some information regarding my spa maintenance I have called 3 times and I'm still waiting for information to be emailed to me
When I call to remind them I'm told where too busy but they weren't too busy to take my money
I amvery disappointed with the after service
I expect this sort of service from large chains not locally owned businesses on the coast

Fantastic service from the get go. Gerry was very informative and explained everything I wanted to know. Delivery drivers were friendly and excellent installing our spa. Very happy with overall.

We recently had an ongoing problem with our spa. When Mike and his team became aware of the situation they immediately sent a technician who found and rectified the fault. (Thanks Barry) and did not charge us, even though it was out of warranty Thankyou indoor outdoor spas for the goodwill shown.
