Had a facial with Sapna, it was a relaxing experience! Only gave 4 stars because it would have been nice to have some relaxing music in the room and a mirror to fix my hair upon completion.

From other reviews I'm sure that the place has okay services. But they're booking is absolutely the worst. I booked using their online system via the website, as one would with most places. I turn up only to be told that they were unaware of my appointment and that they could squeeze me in the next day.
An hour before I'm meant to go for my appointment I receive a phone call saying that they can't fit me in today, even though I was told yesterday that they certainly could.
She tried asking if I could come TOMORROW two days after my initial appointment but I have literally no other availability for the next 3 months. Very disappointed in them and their ability or organise and book.

I just had done my facial with Hardeep, she provide excellent service, good customer care, I enjoyed the service very much, I will suggest everyone to go there and enjoy the service

Sapna was brilliant and very professional in facial and eye brows I got service from her today and she was very friendly too

I tend to have some trouble sometimes whenever I get my eyebrows threaded at any beauty salon however Bhavna was lovely and did an amazing job doing my eyebrows! She made the experience comfortable and was efficient with her time. I would recommend seeing Bhavna on your next visit!

Hardeep is an amazing beautician and does my eyebrows and my whole face at a good price and the service quality is too good. Her customer service is also amazing and welcoming.

I absolutely love the waxing and eyebrow service, which I am provided with everytime I go to Indian beauty secrets in Caddens by Amrit and Hardeep. These two are incredibly the best in performing such a great service with their extremely friendly and positive attitudes. Defs will recommend this service

Went in this morning for a hot oil head massage done by Hardeep, it was absolutely wonderful, she made it very relaxing and I will definitely be returning for more. Lovely lady and lovely service

It’s my second time in here and Trust me If Amrit is there to do your services you won’t get disappoint at all. She was super busy but still managing other customers and me pretty well at the same time. The prices were pretty okay but to me the customer service was best

Best eyebrows tint, eyebrows and face threading service I’ve ever had, Amrit is a very kind person, she was super busy, But she was dealing customers with smile.
